Casa Grande Delicias

Rooms were nice. I like the lobby and open sky lights plus excellent service. There are a number of good restaurants and bars in the area. Would recommend

Excelente ubicación

The road is noise and the room is cold.
On breakfast 2 days don’t have fresh fruit. ( Cantaloupe and papaya)
The hotel is good and few steps the center.
2 blocks the Cantina 19

El hotel está limpio y tranquilo, el staff es muy amable y servicial. Sin embargo ya le hace falta un mantenimiento a los cuartos. El lavabo de nuestro cuarto goteaba y el extractor del baño estaba muy sucio como que no lo han limpiado en meses. La comida estaba muy buena. Si me volvería a quedar.

Comfortable and clean

Los cuartos estan bien sucios y en las camas tienen chinches. Fue una de las peores experiencias. Le dijimos al señor de recepcion y no le importo. Las camas estaban llenas de chinches

This hotel in need of uplift. Towels are so old they look transparent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have a lot of space. Overall a very nice stay at Casa Grande Hotel.

Very friendly staff.

Overall this is the nicest hotel in the area. The pool area was nice. The dining area/bar was great. The rooms were decent for the price we paid. We got the cheapest tier of room with 2 beds. It was nice. The only complaint we had was there is no microwave or mini fridge in the room but the kitchen staff heated food for us. The staff was friendly and everything went smooth. The parking garage is nice, just very small and tight but its nice to have.

Very high ceilings in the rooms and temperature adjusted quickly. Staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating.

Great service from the moment I walked in. Everyone is very friendly and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. I definitely will be staying here again on my next visit. Thanks to the staff for making my family's stay pleasant............

Raul at front desk was very amicable and attentive to my needs. I had issues with my charger and he was more than helpful in allowing me to charge my phone. The location is also great with nice restaurants near by. Very Uber share ride friendly. Quiet and very affordable. Great service and the food in the lobby is awesome!

Their breakfast was above avg. location was good. Staff was very friendly. I tipped well but even considering that service was well above avg. the bed….way too hard, I switched rooms and still too hard. They seemed like expensive mattresses but way too hard.
