Our view in the 1st floor is not that great however the location is amazing. It is a bit inconvenient that it’s hard reach the front desk by phone from your room, also there was construction going on our entire stay. It was okay

Loved the staff
My only issue was some plumbing issues in room 147. The bathroom sink would gurgle and back up occasionally and had a bad sewage smell.
The hotel is well located, and it's generally a nice enough place. The rooftop is definitely worth checking out. Maybe it's just because it's Aspen but overall, I don't think it was a great value for the price.
The staff were incredibly helpful. The valet team helped find street parking. I was sitting on a conference call and someone brought me water unasked. Really above and beyond.

We had an amazing experience at the W Hotel Aspen! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had some challenges with parking a very large vehicle, but the team went out of their way to make everything work for us – truly outstanding service!
When we inquired about breakfast options, they went above and beyond to provide a delicious spread with fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola – exactly what we were hoping for. Our room was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to truly relax after a day of adventure.
The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Aspen and just steps away from the gondola. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
Great location to walk in Aspen. Walked to several great hiking trails from the hotel also. Beautiful view from the rooftop!
Our room was right next to a service elevator and one night at 2am there was a lot of noise loading and unloading and running the elevator.
Perfect location. Right next to the ski lift. Also very easy to get around all parts of central aspen by foot. Rooftop pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. There is a beautiful jogging route right next to the hotel called the East Aspen Trail, which takes you through beautiful aspen trees, most easy to appreciate after the winter time.
Most importantly for me, they were pet friendly.
W is the only place to stay on Aspen!
