Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse. Infrastructures du complexe wellness au top ! Piscine sauna hamman salle de musculation…. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié

Très bonne nuit
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bains était belle et très bien équipée. La repasse était très agréable.

Cons:

Le fond de la piscine etait sale et le sauna et le hammam n’étaient pas prêts à 11h.

Maravilloso
Pros:

Todo perfecto. Nuestra segunda visita y como siempre maravilloso. Dan ganas de quedarse siempre mas tiempo. Personal de recepcion muy amable y que ofrece mucha ayuda. Hotel muy tranquilo, el spa genial y el desayuno perfecto con muchas opciones. Repetiremos siempre que podamos!

Hotel vyzeral v skutočnosti lepšie ako na fotkách.
Fitness bol rozdelený až na 3 poschodia s množstvom moderným vybavenim. Izba na 6tom poschodí mala krásne výhľady. Postele boli veľmi pohodlné. Vôbec nebolo počuť susedov. Na raňajky bol bohatý výber.

Peinlich fürs Haus, wenn im Restaurant Kellner arbeiten, die örtliche Amtssprache

Preis/Leistung hat sehr gestimmt. Sehr gute Mitarbeitende an der Reception.
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang durch Herrn Fabio und gute Informationen erhalten.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Am 27.8. waren zu viele Gäste zur selben Zeit beim Frühstück und es war ein Gedränge am Buffet.

Ziemlich gross und auch Bus-Hotel aber empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir wurden auf eine höhere Zimmerkategorie upgegraded -was uns sehr gefreut hat - aber das Zimmer war trotzdem ziemlich klein. Allerdings gab es einen schönen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich aber es geht zu wie in einer Bahnhofshalle und es hat irre viele Menschen dort. Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich aber sehr unpersönlich, viele sprechen auch kein Deutsch, was kein Problem ist da wir englisch reden. Das Bett war bequem und es gibt ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter. Die Gebühr für den Parkplatz zuzüglich zum Zimmerpreis fand ich recht hoch. Abgesehen davon, dass es in der Grösse halt mehr eine Massenabfertigung ist fanden wir das Hotel gut.
