Beautiful stay!
Pros:

Such a cute stay, the room with a balcony was an added bonus. Probably the best buffet breakfast we had come across on our travels. The spa facilities are beautiful, especially after a day walking

Pros:

the bunkbed was a great hit for the kids, they loved it, as well as the retro arcade mashine!!

Pros:

Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, the whole interior design and cosy atmosphere. The staff at the reception was very kind and we truly appreciated that a bed and bowl were prepared for our dog in the room :)
Also, the Nuxe shower/bath products are amazing!
We also booked a massage at the spa which was amazing!! (The therapists were very lovely).

Cons:

Guests should be advised upon booking confirmation that Wengen is a car-free area, only reachable by train from Lauterbrunnen (we could've also made our research beforehand obviously).
Also, the whole spa area (including the pool and sauna, hammam) should be restricted to adults only as the purpose is to unwind and relax and definitely not having kids running, jumping and screaming around.
Lastly, it would be great to have a true double bed in the room instead of two single beds put together.

Perfekte Location für einen tollen Wanderurlaub mit Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Top Lage direkt gegenüber der Gondel zum Männlichen. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckere Speisen, recht großes Hallenbad. Alles perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Pros:

L'emplacement en plein centre de Wengen. La gentillesse du personnel. La literie très confortable. La piscine réservée aux adultes dès 18h00. Le petit déjeuner extrêmement complet et délicieux.

Cons:

Rien excepté un peu trop de touristes mais le lieu est si charmant que c'est compréhensible.

Check In: We reached at 9pm and to our surprise we were give a room which I had not booked or seen in the picture completely different, when I asked I was told it was same category room, and the description has a caution, which I never found, after 40 mins suddenly I get the room which I booked. Not the person at the desk told they are fighting with management, thats not my issue. I paid for the room pictures u have posted, u mean to say its not necessary to get what I have booked is Fraudulent.

Check Out: The HOUSE KEEPING MANAGER, who are you to show your dirty attitude to us????? We were running 40 mins late, but that doesn't give her any authority to misbehave with us, she barges our room and she Literally with her eyes wide open asking us to leave (it was like get the **** out now). I am traveling with my 80 year old mother. You can have basic respect when you guys were playing torrent at the Check in, despite having the room you made my mother and me run from ground floor to 1st floor to Ground Floor to 2nd Floor. Your HOUSE KEEPING MANAGER Is rude, she met us again at the reception and continued giving that dirty look.

You guys are in business of service, u guys ate my 40 mins and never felt sorry and I overstayed 40 mins, your staff literally ment Get the **** out.

Pros:

New and clean, good design
Nice covered pool with an indoor and outdoor relaxing area
Staff was friendly and helpful
Location is great, super close to the train station and to the cable car as well

Cons:

No aircon
Short set of starts to go up to reception and on some other floors (between the lift and our room)
Breakfast was a bit repetitive and average
Room was a bit small
No fridge in the room

Great base!
Pros:

Great location. Renee and Alexandria at reception were extremely freindly and helpful. Views from room exceptional. Room had all you need.apart from aircon however as you should be out and about most of the day not such an issue. Great breakfast in the attached restaurant and fantastic bar especially the streetside deck.

It was fine. The rooms were small and very very expensive. Not worth the money paid although we enjoyed our stay in Weng

Sauna and steam room were great after a long day of walking. Aperol Spritz’s were some of the best I’ve ever had!

Cons:

Room was small. Unbelievably expensive for what it was. The balcony was almost as big as the room itself. Poor availability of teas and coffee in the room.

Zeer charmant hotel, heel vriendelijke ontvangst en de ligging is ook zeer goed.

Cons:

Het enige wat ontbrak was airco in de slaapkamer. Het was dan ook uitzonderlijk warm toen we er waren
