Pros:

Красивый, атмосферный и уютный SPA-отель, в 5 минутах от вокзала, с бассейном, парной и сухой сауной. Рядом со входом станция подъёмника на гору. Очень порадовал вид с балкона!
До деревни Венген можно добраться только на поезде из Лаутербруннен.
Номера небольшие, но стильные и продуманные. В номере есть чайник и кофемашина с капсулами кофе. Воду в бутылках можно взять на ресепшене.
В ванной хорошая косметика “Nuxe”, есть также халат и тапочки.
Кровати и подушки позволяют отлично выспаться!
Утром вас ждет вкусный горячий завтрак, мясная и сырная нарезка, свежая выпечка, немного овощей и фруктов, чай и кофе.
Спа-зона очень приятная и компактная. На улице очень романтичный уголок с живым огнем и диванчиками.
В отеле также можно поужинать, а вечером выпить коктейль в уютном баре.
На ресепшене очень милые и доброжелательные ребята.

Cons:

Это не критично, просто рекомендации от клиентов:
На ужин мы заказали несколько блюд и сырное фондю. Огонь в горелке все время гас, но наш неулыбчивый официант больше не подходил к нам. И мы вынуждены были снова просить зажечь огонь под фондю просто проходивших мимо других официантов. Хотелось бы больше внимания.
При заселении в номере было холодно. Отопление включили самостоятельно, но пришлось подождать, пока комната прогреется. Было бы здорово, если бы к заезду постояльцев комната уже была тёплой.
Возле бассейна очень мокрый и скользкий пол, что может быть небезопасно. Простое резиновое покрытие вполне могло бы решить проблему.

A good hotel in a great location in Wengen with good facilities.
Pros:

Great location close to the train station and at the doorstep if the cable car for skiing. Good facilities including swimming pool and spa. Room clean and functional with a balcony overlooking mountains. Good ski locker in basement for equipment.

Cons:

Some of the staff at reception not overly friendly and seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps, end of the winter season? A bit overpriced bu this is typical of hotels in Switzerland.

Lovely comfortable hotel really conveniently located. The staff were all super helpful. The breakfasts were great. Great spa and pool. The fondue gondola is an absolute must for a couple 🚡🫕 💕

Unser zimmer war perfekt sauber und gross, der Blick zu den Bergen was will man mehr.
Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Sauna so toll. Wasser und Kaffee gibt es umsonst. Personal Rezeption sehr Nett was will man mehr. FRÜHSTÜCK sehr viel Auswahl.

Incredible resort, lovely modern hotel and spa with very friendly and informative staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, stunning views and lovely bar area.

Cons:

Could be noisy in peak season due to it’s central town location, but was fine as the town was quiet at the time of our visit.
Could benefit from usb ports for charging phones etc (v. minor point).
