Nice place with a perfect location.
Pros:

Location is across street from the ski lift. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Extra charge for made to order eggs at breakfast when it‘s a 4*.

Could be better
Pros:

Location is close to everything, nice bar, relaxing spa and swimmi g-pool , clean rooms, cofee machine

Cons:

First night we got a very small room no.420 deserving 1 star hotel, with small windows like a prison cell non balcony. Restaurant menu expensive with limited menu choice. 28 chf per person for the breakfast is exagerate.

Nice stay, but next time a proper queensize room.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very central, Less than 5 minutes to the gondola up for skiing!

Cons:

I had a room with bunk beds - as booked. The room is pretty small and has no AC. The air was used up pretty fast so I had to leave the balcony door open over night - which makes it cold.

Wonderful location, beautiful views, lovely room
Pros:

Superbly located hotel in the middle of Wengen - right opposite the Manlichen ski lift and a few minutes from the train. Beautiful views from the room, very comfortable beds, a spacious (recently refurbished) bathroom and friendly, helpful staff. The complimentary sparkling water at reception was also a plus!
The spa and pool area was clean and attractive with nice views and never too crowded.
We didnt manage to eat in the private chalet but definitely want to next time!

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool was open a little earlier/later.

Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum. Zentral & ruhig.

Der grosse Pool, Dampfbad und Sauna top! Abends konnte man sich nach der Sauna draussen an ein Feuer setzen. Herrlich.

Das Frühstück war prima.

Highly recommended for families.
Pros:

Incredible staff and location: 4min to the train station on one side and 2min to the ski station on the other. They even helped us with the hotel car to get our luggages and skis at the train station.
Also, free access to spa, pool, hammam, sauna...

Cons:

Although dogs were allowed in the room (w/ extra charge), and in the hotel lobby, they were not allowed in the restaurant, so it was not easy to have breakfast as a family. Minor issue.

Awesome hotel in Wengen
Pros:

Love love love the cozy vibe of the hotel. The location was absolutely excellent too - at the center of everything in Wengen. It was a short walk from the train station, the Männlichen lift is 2 mins away, and all the winter activities are within a 2 to 3 min walk. The facilities in the hotel were amazing. We especially loved the hotel bar that had a kids’ play room! The staff were also super friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay here and can’t wait to be back.
