Casa Conicarit

The staff was absolutely wonderful....there are two ladies in particular, Annahila & the second lady whose name I cannot remember that were so very nice and friendly. Though they did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, we managed just fine with the help of google translate. It was a wonderful stay at Casa Conicarit!

The breakfast was simple but good. The location of the hotel was good. Close to restaurants but off of the main road in a quieter area of town.

This was a lovely villa type hotel with large rooms around a pool. although no breakfast is advertised, there was good food available. It is in a quiet end of town with a strip of great restaurants and beached close by.

The location is excellent for us… 2 travellers who are up early and also in bed early

Das kleine Hotel steckt voller liebevoller Überraschungen. Man bucht kein Frühstück- und bekommt doch jeden Morgen andere, teils selbstgemachte Leckereien serviert. Der Pool ist klein, aber bietet viel Schatten, ein paar Liegen sind immer frei. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und fantasievoll und individuell eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Truhen, Schachteln, Täschchen. Manche leer, manche nicht. Man schaue mal ins Nähkästchen. Wer Fernsehen mag,
Es gibt Sky (spanisch oder englisch). Die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen sind ähnlich fantasievoll- Getränkekühlschrank mit Selbstbedienung, Billiardtisch, Pokertisch, Tischtennis. Fahrräder, Mini Surfbretter, Sonnenschirme. Dazu die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die super nette Chefin.

Lo que más me gustó de este alojamiento fue su ambiente acogedor y con mucho estilo: la decoración es cuidada y se nota el cariño y la dedicación del anfitrión en cada detalle.

El personal es increíblemente amable y hospitalario, y me facilitó muchísimo mi viaje en solitario por Puerto Escondido: me ayudaron con traslados cuando era difícil encontrar taxi, me acompañaron a recorrer el centro y además el hotel ofrece bicicletas gratis, lo cual es súper práctico para moverse en distancias cortas.

La terraza, la piscina y el espacio de arte… todo impecable. Además, al ser un hotel pequeño, no hay tantos huéspedes, así que se siente tranquilo, íntimo y muy relajante.

The location is fantastic. Such a walkable neighbourhood with beaches and so many restaurants so accessible. They now have a coffee shop within the property as well. So many different areas within the property so nice to spend a week with a friend.

Very sweet and helpful staff who were very attentive. The pool area was perfect, a lovely sun trap. We loved the honesty bar where you can get a variety of soft drinks and beers.

Awesome property with everything you could possibly need - beach umbrellas, yoga mats, table tennis and pool tables, art station, swimming pool, books, tv room, full kitchen and more. Big rooms beautifully decorated with everything little detail thought of. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy walk to the beach.

Clean, cool, hang a nice relaxed vibe

The place is beautiful artsy and peaceful, with a super relaxing pool area and roof terrace. With full cooking facilities and honor bar, big room fridge, you could stay a long time here and be very comfortable. Having beach supplies free to use including umbrellas and coolers was really nice. Walkable to Carrizalillo beach, other beaches are better accessed with a car. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and grocery stores in walking distance. Beds huge and comfortable.

Beautiful property with a lovely swimming pool, close to many great restaurants and beaches. The room was very spacious and comfy! Cute little art station.

All the cute details from the popcorn machine in the room to the free use of beach gear such as beach bags and floating devices. Amazing and clean pool area with a huge fully equipped kitchen and a help-yourself fridge filled with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Amazing staff!

The property is a big open space where all rooms connect to the common area. There is a pool table, table tennis table and painting area all surrounding the swimming pool. A tall fridge provides an honesty bar system and you can help yourself to drinks from there whenever. Location is excellent, a short walk to the main road and restaurants. We were pleased to be offered loads of snacks for breakfast including coffee and cereal plus the owner owns a shop down the road which meant we benefited from some cookies and a lovely leaving calendar and other snacks. Our room was huge and had excellent air conditioning, a sofa space and fridges and coffee making facilities. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
