Pros:

Breakfast is good and kids enjoyed the pool. Room was rather small but very clean and comfortable. There is a shop to buy local products in the lobby which we took advantage of.

Cons:

Nothing special, I think the price was correct for the level of accommodation.

Pros:

Das Hotel (Styles-Standard) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch lässt es für Durchreisende wenig Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist zwiespältig: Es liegt in einem ein wenig trostlosen Niemandsland, aber nur etwa 15 Gehminuten vom hübschen historischen Zentrum entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Schließzeiten der Bar könnten besser sein. Am frühen Samstagabend, nach einer langen hochsommerlichen Stadttour, hätten wir gerne ein kühles Bier gehabt.

Out of town rundown
Pros:

The pool itself was quite nice
Bed was comfortable
I'd recommend this place if you don't want to anywhere near the action

Cons:

This place is in the middle if nowhere next to a weird camp
You need to pass the welcome to arles sign and keep going to get to it
Quite a walk if travelling by train as it's on the total opposite side if town
Staff were disinterested and dismissive
Advertised a bar in site
I was told the bar wasn't open that day
Which on a Saturday in june is ridiculous
Surrounds of pool very run down
Grass growing through paving
The general vibe is a little post-apocalyptic
The access ramp was incredibly steep

Pros:

L’établissement est très calme .Au 6ieme étage,la vue sur le Luma et le quartier de Trinquetaille était magnifique.
La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle.Je n’ai pas profité de la piscine mais en été,ça donne envie !

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d’être plus qualitatif car très décevant pour un 3 étoiles.
La quantité n’est pas en cause mais les produits semblent vraiment de qualité très ordinaire (le jambon blanc trop industriel ,le fromage limité à une seule proposition ,les cakes de supermarché ,les fruits limités à des pommes et des kiwis au mois de juin !!!….les laitages).

Brilliant hotel and staff
Pros:

Convenient location, easy to find and park, simple checkin with kind and polite staff all around. Good value breakfast with enough food and seating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing was a problem about the hotel.

PS: but there seems to be a problem with some people parking large vehicles and blocking others into parking spaces (happened twice during our stay). Hotel staff then has to search for the offending vehicle owner. I would like to suggest that the hotel registers each vehicle owner number plate with their room on checkin. This could help the situation.
