Pros:

Mrs anita was very helpful . The receptionist of bith shifts were very nice . We wanted HING for the patient and they gave us . Thank you so much .

Cons:

We wanted medicine and they said we are not allowed to go out and bring for customers.

Room is really good , similar kind of room and facilities which we get in a 3 or 4* property

Cons:

Property has open parking area , where the vehicle is not safe from monkeys . In my case i troubled alot and my car got some scratches from monkeys as they were jumping on the car bonat , car roof and winsheild

Pros:

Nice Hotel. Staff was courteous. Reception and Room allocation was swift. Spacious Rooms with required amenities. Room service was also good.

Our stay was comfortable, peaceful and in fact more than what we had anticipated.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location is very convenient for a railway traveler but the area is very congested and could warrant more on the cleanliness angle.

Cons:

The congestion and cleanliness of the area where the hotel is located.
