it is convenient for people coming to Bareilly by train
Pros:

Room was ok , Breakfast was good

Cons:

very bad location. Poor Neighbouring area.
Name of hotel is confusing .I was booking room in Radisson but by mistake booked in Radiance. Online booking through other Apps is expensive

“Clean Rooms , Caring Staff”
Pros:

The service is at the highest level. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating.A special attention is given to children. The restaurant has a great choice of food for every taste. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was spacious and specially try Suite room of hotel radiance Bareilly.Impeccable service,will definitely stay here again.Staff was attentive 24/7 and very professional.

Pros:

This hotel lives up to expectations in every way.Lovely rooms with great bathrooms,nice amenities,attentive service,great food,(we at the restaurant twice),we will come back and stay at hotel radiance again next time we are in Bareilly.
Location -just adjacent to bareilly railway station.about 50meters only you can come easily from the station by walk and there is no problem of transportation ,every time you will get autos, Ac busses etc outside the hotel radiance Bareilly.

Pros:

Mrs anita was very helpful . The receptionist of bith shifts were very nice . We wanted HING for the patient and they gave us . Thank you so much .

We wanted medicine and they said we are not allowed to go out and bring for customers.

Room is really good , similar kind of room and facilities which we get in a 3 or 4* property

Cons:

Property has open parking area , where the vehicle is not safe from monkeys . In my case i troubled alot and my car got some scratches from monkeys as they were jumping on the car bonat , car roof and winsheild
