All good. The twin room had a disabled toilet/wheel chair access which surprised me. Felt a bit functional, but I understand. Was not sure if all twin bedded rooms had this facility.

Beautifully decorated, super friendly and helpful staff and excellent location in the centre of the city.
Breakfast wasn't always replenished unless we asked for items. Would have enjoyed more hot items.
Le personnel : nous avons égaré un passeport dans un commerce qui l' avait donné a une patrouille de police. La réceptionniste à tout fait pour nous aider à le localiser, et à même réussi à nous le faire déposer à l' hôtel le lendemain sans avoir à nous déplacer.

It was a beautiful hotel…the lobby was so beautiful with arches and decor. The staff were very helpful and gave me great suggestions about places to see

I went up on the roof to try the pool. It was very tiny but when I got in, it looked like it needed cleaning
Buena ubicación
Nos dieron dos habitaciones en la planta baja, consultamos al personal si no sería muy ruidoso al estar al lado de recepción, puerta de entrada y dar a la calle y nos dijeron que no, pero a la noche era imposible dormir, 5 am ingresando los carros de proveedores con insumos por ejemplo, era como tenerlos dentro de la habitación por el ruido.
Además de eso una de las habitaciones al bañarse se inundaba todo el baño.
El último día luego de quejarnos varias veces nos ofrecieron cambiarnos, indicando que nos pusieron ahí por una selección booking, hubiésemos preferido la opción de cambiarnos el día uno.

Douche was open, geen cabine waardoor vloer nat werd. We misten bar bij zwembad. Zwembad erg minimaal.
Staff are very helpful and pre booked our car parking spot. Location is perfect for walking to all the key sites.
Breakfast was a little basic and the area was a bit small. However everything was very clean.
