Great location friendly staff
Small pool
Mooie centrale ligging. Je hoort in het hotel weinig van het drukke centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Fijne schone kamer, lekker knus zwembad en vriendelijk personeel.
Weinig min punten maar het kleine raam op onze kamer vonden we jammer en de mooie centrale hal is helaas wel erg gehorig als er gepraat wordt met gasten.

Hotel areas were clean
they have issues with the Air Condition is not enough for the summer season, this year with the Global warming the Heat and the Temperatures were higher compared with the last years; my suggestion is Implement Fan in the rooms to help and keep the room fresh.
La struttura è bellissima, super curata e in una bellissima posizione comoda al centro. Le camere sono arredate molto bene, grandi e con bagno finestrato.
Nulla! Tutto fantastico anche la piscina sul rooftop con una piccola zona solarium.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gute Lage.
Zimmer über 2 Etagen, Klimaanlage schafft das obere Zimmer (Bad) bei 39 Grad nicht.
Also, nach dem Duschen müsste man eigentlich direkt wieder unter die Dusche.

The property is in a very good location in the old town of Sevilla. The building was very grand and easy to locate. The rooftop pool was a bit small but very welcome to escape the heat.
Due to a booking.com error, not caused by the property I had booked a duplicate room around an hour before arriving. The mistake was communicated to the property however they declined to waive the cancellation fee for a booking that was made just an hour previously. Although not the responsibility of the hotel this left a very bad taste as they stood to lose nothing they would not have gained 1 hour previously. Terrible customer service and I would be using them again as I couldn’t trust them to be helpful if anything went wrong. Additionally the room booked had a view of a solid white wall and the room facilities were basic and dated. Breakfast was also disappointing.
Top locatie. Aardig personeel. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Gedateerde kamers en zo goed als geen uitzicht naar buiten.

Hotel bien ubicado para visitar centro de la ciudad .
Personal muy amable y nos ayudaron con los consejos de visitas turísticas. Nos ayudaron con elección de parquin (ya que hotel no disponía de plazas libres )Viajamos con nuestro perro nos dieron un regalo para el (pero como todos los hoteles cobran un extra por la mascota ) Nos gusto mucho el hotel sin duda repetiríamos la visita.
