We stayed for two nights and were planning to leave, but loved it so much we booked another night and adjusted our trip
Pros:

Very cleanly, spacious, great balconies, and a good vibe.

Cons:

Nothing, it was as close to perfect as it could be.

Good location! Basic facilities were provided :) the staff is really helpful!

Seems pricey for the value. Fridge wasn't cool and the AC was also not v powerful

Pros:

Great location, air conditioning, comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice shower and bathroom. Ocean view balcony. Excellent staff, Elena was very helpful, kind, and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing we disliked. Perhaps the rooftop bar was a bit loud, but it ended before we went to bed, thankfully.

Lovely hotel, great location and we liked the rooftop bar - it had a nice feel

Magnifique chambre, séjour au top et belle vue mais plus de petit déjeuner ..

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre, la décoration. Tout était très joli.

Cons:

Un gros bémol pour le petit déjeuner que nous ne reprendrions plus et que nous ne conseillerions pas. Pour 9€ qui vaut à peu près 900 LEK, nous aurions bien mieux mangé ailleurs. Ce qui est regrettable c’est que le restaurant propose de délicieux menus et le petit déjeuner pour ceux qui y séjournent est tout autre. Nous aurions préféré un forfait nous permettant de commander juste une boisson et un en-cas. Nous comprenons la volonté de vouloir satisfaire le plus grand nombre. Mais nous préférons la qualité à la quantité et sur ce point , grosse déception. Les « pancakes » étaient en réalité des sortes de beignets. Alors qu’on voyait des clients extérieurs à l’hôtel manger de délicieux vrais pancakes. Ils avaient des jus pressés quand nous, nous buvions des concentrés au goût d’eau sucrée. Bref, la formule petit déjeuner serait clairement à revoir..

Struttura accogliente e personale molto gentile, posizione molto comoda e centrale

Cons:

Scarsa pulizia delle stanze, il pavimento era sempre pieno di capelli e spesso anche negli asciugamani. La macchinetta del caffè era piena di polvere(non è mai stata pulita) Il parcheggio era situato in uno spazio veramente scomodo e stretto.

Camere sempre ordinate e pulite, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell’hotel eccellente per arrivare dal porto. Tutte le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi

La doccia era un po scomoda in quanto il vetro non impediva all’acqua della doccia di uscire e bagnare tutto il pavimento.

I would stay there again. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were extremely helpful.

Pros:

Struttura stupenda e situata al centro di saranda. Pulizia impeccabile c’era un odore di pulito addirittura negli armadi. Reception sempre aperta e soprattutto molto accoglienti. Parcheggio molto utile e comodo.
