L’établissement est très bien placé et le personnel a l’accueil est formidable et serviable.
Les linges n’ont pas été changé durant 4 jours, j’ai dû demander à la réception du papier toilette supplémentaire et le déjeuné n’est pas bon et surtout pas l’heure !
La struttura è in una posizione eccellente e la camera offriva una splendida vista panoramica.
La televisione non trasmetteva correttamente i programmi, che spesso risultavano intermittenti, come in assenza di segnale.

It has the perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach board walk, so it is very close to the beach, yet much quieter then if you were located directly on the beach.
The room was very stylish, spacious and clean with complimentary coffee and water.
The a'la cart breakfast is a little inconvenient in general, but at the same time we got everything we wanted just like with a buffet breakfast, service was very quick and polite.
We had a small issue with the AC and the management/ front-desk lady handled it very well, which exceeded our expectations, a huge thank you for that.
Parking is a big issue in the city, we reserved a closed parking area, which was great, but the road leading to it was very narrow and impossible to handle if there is another car coming from the other direction. If you come with a car, make sure you reserve a parking with the hotel.

La colazione alla mattina, il menù e quello che ordini non corrisponde poi a quello che ti portano effettivamente. Un piccolo buffet sarebbe molto più apprezzato.
Un parcheggio compreso nel prezzo sarebbe il minimo, visto che la struttura si trova in centro e per parcheggiare ogni giorno era un incognita.

We stayed here for 4 nights and chose this hotel because of it's location and the roof top bar. The hotel is in the centre of town and 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Our room also had a lovely balcony with partial sea views. The restaurant where breakfast is served was fantastic with great service.
The roof top bar was nice but, it was expensive and noisy. To be fair to the hotel, they did tell us the bar is open to 2am and the music does get turned off at midnight.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance from the port and then easily accessible to the beach, promenade, marina, shops, taxi rank and amenities.
Also the hotel had a roof top bar open in the evenings which meant as a solo traveller I was able to enjoy a drink and even dance to the DJs music as part of the evenings entertainment without having to leave the hotel
I didn't quite know how to operate the coffee machine in the bedroom, the chambermaid very kindly showed me how to work it on my 2nd day... perhaps some step-by-step instructions would be helpful. Also I requested and iron and ironing board however I was offered a steamer which i was grateful for but it was a awkward to use without a stand or wall hook in the bedroom to hang longer items of clothing on...
