Pros:

The view from our bedroom window / balcony was sublime. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We also really enjoyed our breakfast. Excellent location for exploring Bergamo Città Alta.

Når nostalgi går ut på dato
Pros:

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet, det er en perle, men hvor lenge kan man leve på nostalgi

Beliggenhet, personale og alt av mat og drikke er veldig bra, men det er jo et gammel hotell som egentlig er terningkast to. Men at det er utsolgt forteller jo at dette er populært

Отель находится в верхней части города, в топой локации, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями.
Номер чистый, горячая вода была (хотя когда я читала другие отзывы, у меня были опасения), но все было ок. Душ немного тесноватый, крупным людям будет тесно.
Раковина в комнате, и для мейкапа немного не хватало света.
Хотела номер с мини-балконом, но мне сказали, что это другой номер и он был занят. Девушка менеджер, любезно помогла поменять номер, чтобы был вид на город, а не на внутренний двор. Имейте ввиду, в номере небольшое окно и у вас не будет панорамного вида на Бергамо. У меня были завтраки, но я ни разу на них не ходила, поэтому не могу оценить. Отель расположен на втором этаже ресторана, концепция солнца очень красивая, люблю такие места.

Cons:

Главный и жирный минус - шумоизоляция. В первую ночь, под моим номером жили поляки, которые устроили вечеринку ночью с громкой музыкой, и все это было после до 2 утра. Пришлось бить тапком по полу, чтобы сделали тише, по-другому они не понимали.
Во вторую ночь, в соседнем номере жили шумные немцы, которые вели философские беседы о смысле жизни, пришлось одевать беруши,и я чуть не проспала, потому что не услышала будильник.
Пожелание отелю, следить за шумными гостями или повесить специальные таблички по ограничению шума в ночное время.

Pros:

la posizione nel cuore della Città alta e il ristorante sembrava bello, ma non ho cenato...

Cons:

mentre la stanza era abbastanza nuova, il bagno è vecchio credo risalga agli anni '70; poi mi hanno fatto pagare la colazione anche se sapevano che non l'avrei fatta perché iniziava dopo che io avrei lasciato l'albergo per ripartire...

Great location and very friendly staff
Pros:

The Il Sole property has a great location, perfect for exploring Bergamo. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and always willing to help in any situation, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the beautiful mountain view from the window was a big plus. Another advantage was that the room was very warm, which is quite rare in Italy during the winter.

Cons:

We understand that the building is an old townhouse and we appreciate its charm. However, one small area for improvement was the bathroom. It felt quite humid, there were some visible signs of mold, and there seemed to be a minor leak behind the toilet. It was also difficult to adjust the hot water temperature. The sliding bathroom door was not working properly and was very difficult to move, which was especially inconvenient for my mother, who is over 70 years old. Overall, the bathroom could benefit from some refreshing.

Location was ideal as it was just a stone’s throw away from the plaza of the bergamo citta alta. The room was extremely spacious and the staff were very helpful.

Bardzo nam się podobało. Fajne miejsce na krótki odpoczynek, pomimo ogromnych tłumów.

Dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta, klimatyczne wnętrze pizzeri, pomocna obsługa. Przyjechaliśmy samochodem, co było wyzwaniem w poruszaniu się po zabytkowej części ale pobliski parking został dla nas zarezerwowany i był bardzo wygodny z bardzo sympatyczną obsługą.

Cons:

Zostaliśmy zaskoczeni, że środa jest dniem wolnym dla obsługi i że musieliśmy pójść po klucz do innego hotelu. Byliśmy informowani o możliwości odbioru kluczy w innym miejscu ale w przypadku przyjazdu o później godzinie. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że akurat w środę, niezależnie od pory przyjazdu, też trzeba pójść do innego hotelu. Nie był to wielki problem ale jednak było to dla nas zaskoczenie.

Estancia céntrica en Bérgamo
Pros:

Nos cambiaron al hotel plaza vechia por cierre temporal de Sole II , la estancia en el plaza vechia fue estupenda , nos gustó mucho todo, la habitación la situación el desayuno . Todo estupendo , pero no puedo valorar el SoleII porque no lo conozco

Por poner alguna pega , la habitación el la tercera planta se oía un ruido de algún extractor o algo parecido

La ubicación es increíble, el personal muy agradable, todo limpio.

Es una pena porque estaba todo increíble hasta el momento de dormir.. el colchón muy duro y las almohadas parecen papel de fumar..no pudimos descansar nada. Lamentándolo mucho por la simpatía del personal, las instalaciones, y ubicación que es inmejorable, no volvería por este detalle. Otro punto a mejorar es el desayuno, muy flojo.. pero bueno al estat incluido puede ser positivo más que negativo..
