Pros:

Простой, небольшой отель без особых изысков. Мы изначально не ожидали от него чего-то сверхъестественного — для нас главными критериями были удобное расположение и доступная цена. И по этим параметрам отель полностью оправдал наши ожидания!

Номер, конечно, уже старенький, но мы приходили туда только переночевать, поэтому для нас это было не критично.

А вот настоящей изюминкой нашего пребывания стал парень-менеджер! 😊 Просто душка! Очень доброжелательный, внимательный и отзывчивый. Все возникающие вопросы и небольшие нюансы решал быстро, всегда с улыбкой и желанием помочь.

Огромное ему спасибо! ❤️ Именно такие сотрудники создают приятную атмосферу и делают даже самый простой отель особенным. Он действительно украшение этого места!

В целом остались довольны!

Я не знаю откуда у отеля рейтинг 8-9 баллов, максимум ему 5-6, и то только благодаря очень удачному расположению
Pros:

Расположение очень удачное, прямо на Истикляль, 3 минуты до метро Шишане . Хороший завтрак , но он каждый день один и тот же. За 5 дней надоел.

Cons:

Очень сыро и влажно в номере. У меня был постоянный кашель, вся одежда была влажная. На стенах и потолке вздулась краска, в ванной воняло канализацией невозможно . Уборки и смены полотенец нет, только по запросу. Мне написал на Фейсбуке администратор сообщение , нужна ли уборка на 3-й день, и на том спасибо. Мусор тоже не выносили до этого момента .

Pros:

its location is very good and easy to go anywhere, it is on main Istiklal Street, "Taksim square" is on left side about 5 minutes walking and "Galata Tower" is on right side about 3 minutes walking

Cons:

Breakfast timing should has been bater

За эту цену отлично! Локация хорошая, номера просторные.
Pros:

Отличная локация, включены завтраки в кафе напротив. Большая просторная комната. Есть гель для душа и шампунь.

Немного шумно от баров под окнами

Good location
Pros:

The host was very helpful and welcoming. Great location, near shopping mall, near bus, trams and a 10 min walk to Taksim Square. Good size room. Great breakfast, very fresh and tasty.

Cons:

The smell from the bathroom was really bad, even after the host tried to fix it. Due to an old building with old pipes. Almost unbearable, had to keep the door closed always. It was a shame as i would have rated this property a 7 other than this.

Great location and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location was excellent and staff were helpful. They have a connected restaurant right outside and the food was good and reasonably priced

Cons:

You do get some noise from the alley below but not enough to bother us

Estancia sencilla en Beyoglu
Pros:

La ubicación buena, en Beyoglu prácticamente en Istiklal Caddesi
La habitación es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario. La cama grande y muy cómoda. Limpieza adecuada.
La persona que lo gestiona (Mertz) es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo cuanto necesites, transfer al aeropuerto incluido

Cons:

Está en zona concurrida y se oye ruido por la noche. No me afectó demasiado porque me quedé dormida igualmente. Puede importar a quien tenga el sueño ligero.
Algunos detalles de mantenimiento del baño son mejorables.
Escaleras, ascensor... estrechos, angostos y oscuros. Es un apartamento en un edificio estrecho. No es un hotel.
No me gustó que el transfer se retrasara 20 min. Lo había pedido a las 4,00 am y apareció 20 min más tarde. A tener en cuenta si tienes que coger un vuelo y vas justo de tiempo. Además de los nervios que pasé hasta que el conductor empezó a contestarme por Whasapp (Mertz me había facilitado su tfno el día de antes después de abonarle el transfer). Quizá sea más seguro optar por un taxi para ahorrarte los nervios de si llegan o no llegan. Personalmente esto no me gustó nada.
