الموقع ممتاز، وتعامل جميع الموظفين راقٍ ومحترم، وأشكرهم على حسن الاستقبال والتعاون .
لكن للأسف توجد رائحة مزعجة في الصالة والغرف، ويبدو أنها قادمة من نظام التكييف أو من المطبخ أو دورات المياه. أبلغت الموظفين أثناء إقامتي، أخبرتهم أن المشكلة تحتاج إلى فحص من مختص. وبعد ذلك اطلعت على تقييمات سابقة ولاحظت أن العديد من النزلاء اشتكوا من المشكلة نفسها منذ فترة، مما يدل على أنها لم تُحل حتى الآن. آمل من إدارة الفندق معالجة هذا الأمر بشكل جذري، لأنه يؤثر على جودة الإقامة رغم تميز الموقع وحسن تعامل العاملين .
إقامة ممتازة بشكل عام. الموظفون محترمون ومتعاونون، والنظافة على أعلى مستوى، والغرف مريحة وكل الخدمات كانت رائعة.
الملاحظة الوحيدة هي الإفطار، فقد كان أقل من المتوقع مقارنة بمستوى الفندق. كنت أتوقع خيارات أكثر تنوعًا وجودة، خاصة أن الفندق من هذه الفئة ويقدم تجربة مميزة في جميع الجوانب الأخرى.
