Brilliant location, really spacey for a family and excellent value for money
Pros:

Brilliant location - just past the UN Building.
Really helpful staff, all of whom were friendly, professional.
We had a two bedroom with with two toilets (on of those bathroom). Small kitchen. dining table & lounge area.

Roof top bar worth great views at top of building. And, 24hr convenience store few steps from the front door.

Cons:

Sofa could've been bit comfier - felt like a sofa bed to sit on. But that didnt detracted from everything else in anyway

It was a good experience, the staff was very friendly and accommodating
Pros:

Rooms clean, kitchen, real stove, fridge, and even a balcony. The only criticism I have is that it was noticed that the living room table had not been cleaned in some time. Several water marks from drinks and spills, seems the o my area not concentrated upon. Managerial staff were notified to rectify the problem. We were also allowed to stay an extra day as necessary, but couldn’t accommodate the rest of the trip.

Cons:

As noted above. We had to leave the property although medical issues arose, had to check out and go somewhere else. They said washer and dryers were free, yet charges were on my credit card for this. That’s false advertising.

Pros:

Simpatia do staff e oferta de cafe e chá gratuita todas as manhãs. A localização é boa, é uma zona calma e a 10 minutos a pé da entrada do metro.

Cons:

O isolamento das janelas deixava passar o ruido da rua o que perturbava o sono.

הדירה הכי פחות טובה בה שהינו בטיול הזה ועם זאת כנראה שזו הפשרה, אם רוצים דירה במנהטן. מחיר שלה היה יקר ועם זאת היו הרבה

מיקום די טוב, דירה חמודה, הצוות בלובי מאוד נעים ושירותי.

Cons:

הדירה איננה מרווחת ולא מתוחזקת בצורה מספיק טובה (הרבה נורות שלא דלקו, ספה בסלון לא נפתחת למיטה ואי אפשר להסיר את כרית המשענת), יש רעש משמעותי כאשר מתקלחים וזה בשל המערכת שמעבירה מים בין ראש המקלחת לברז התחתון.

Pros:

I cannot say enough great things about my stay here. The property and location are definitely brilliant, as advertised, but it's the super warm and friendly FOH staff that truly make the experience. This was my first time here but I will be back for sure whenever I am in NY. It isn't surprising that these guys are used to repeat guests.

Pros:

The apartment was nice and clean. It has a complementary laundry in the basement. The staff was really helpful and nice.

Cons:

The loading and off loading was a little difficult at times.

Gran opción para ir en grupo, un mini departamento en un hotel!

El hotel es una excelente opción. Está muy bien ubicado, se puede caminar casi a cualquier lugar y está cerca de paradas de metro, autobuses y es de fácil acceso. Nos hospedamos en una habitación de 2 habitaciones y una sala de estar, fuimos mi esposo y yo con nuestras mamás y los 4 estuvimos muy cómodos y con independencia. La cocina es pequeña pero es suficiente para preparar desayunos o comidas ligeras. Tuvimos un problema con la luz de la cocina e inmediatamente nos ayudaron y la arreglaron, nos dieron cobijas, sábanas y almohadas extras y tuvimos todo lo necesario. Es un buen deal calidad / precio para ir en grupo. Y un extra muy bueno es que tiene un rooftop increible, con una vista espectacular para tomarte un vino, una tabla de quesos y tomar lindas fotos!! (como las que comparto aquí)

Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung habe ich vom Hotel bislang keine Rechnung erhalten. Meine E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet, sodass ich keine Möglichkeit habe, die Angelegenheit direkt mit dem Hotel zu klären.
