We had a brilliant time, excellent location and accommodation and would definitely come back.
Pros:

Loads of space, had everything we needed, fabulous location and friendly staff.

Das Apartment ist toll, wenn man zentral und trotzdem etwas ruhiger wohnen möchte. Nebenan ist direkt ein kleines Deli m

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Ausblick von den drei Balkonen im Penthouse waren traumhaft. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Türen ließen sich teilweise nicht vollständig schließen.

Especially Hector who went out of his way to assist

Cons:

The airconditioning on the last 2 days went "crazy"
Sometimes very cold on a cold day & then for a couple of hours very hot 88F on a hot day.
There didn't appear to be able to control in the room.
Also fan was noisy
We did not mention this.
If we did I'm certain it woyld have been fixed.
It wasn't much of an issue really

Great apartment but...
Pros:

Location, good value, the studio room we booked was spacious.

Cons:

I was in Room 2C. There was a loud engine noise running many times during the night. Street noise was ok. The mattress was sagging badly.

Pros:

The flat had basic decoration but the view from the floor we were on with a small balcony was worth the stay!
It was also nice to discover a different neighborhood.
The main person in reception who checked us in was very welcoming!

Pros:

Personas de habla hispana, muy agradables y serviciales. Café, chocolate y té gratuitos. Cocina perfectamente equipada. Las vistas espectaculares y una buena ubicación. Nos dejaron una cama plegable de cortesía.

Por decir algo, estaba a 15 min andando del metro

the staff, two men on reception were really kind

Cons:

it felt dark and dingy, i was alone and didn't feel safe - a staff member told me he'd been working there 4 years and didn't even know the room I was in existed - it felt like it hadn't been cleaned very well, and I had to go and ask them to plug the lights in when I arrived late at night because none were working. overall not a comfortable stay for a solo woman

Pros:

The location is very convenient for exploring Manhattan. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom, which we really appreciated. The terrace with a view toward the river was another nice feature. The hotel also accepts Amazon deliveries, which was very convenient during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we felt the hotel offered very good value for money, especially considering the location and the amount of space.

Cons:

Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent, and during our week-long stay the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. To be fair, we sometimes kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for part of the day, so this may have contributed to it.

The kitchen equipment could also be improved: the knives were very blunt, and the glass cutting board, while probably hygienic, was quite uncomfortable to use.

The air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the living room were very noisy. This wasn’t a major problem for us because we sleep with earplugs, but for light sleepers the noise could be quite disturbing.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni in questo appartamento, trovandolo pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort.
La cucina è super accessoriata (kit stoviglie incluso) e il bagno offre kit di cortesia e asciugacapelli.
Impeccabile la pulizia di metà soggiorno, con anche il cambio asciugamani.
La posizione sulla 49esima è comoda e abbastanza centrale. Le fermate della metro non sono adiacenti, ma per chi ama camminare è perfetto per esplorare. Per raggiungere il Financial District, il World Trade Center o Brooklyn o altro la metro è comunque necessaria.
Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Una chicca imperdibile è il meraviglioso rooftop Ophelia situato nella struttura.

Cons:

Unica nota minore: il bagno è un po' compatto e avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ritocco a livello strutturale.
