Pros:

Posizione ottima 10 Min a piedi da metro e da ferry per Brooklyn. A 50 MT. Dall hotel fermata del bus 50 che porta a times Square in breve tempo (traffico permettendo). Cucina ben dotata, lavanderia gratuita con anche detersivo . Palestra buona, super staff tutti molto gentili e collaborativi.

Cons:

Suggerimento cambiare la macchinetta del caffè disponibile per ri clienti al mattino, sia per la qualità che per la velocità della stessa. Anche estendere gli orari sarebbe una buona idea.

super Lage - abgewohnte Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage des Appartments ist optimal um New York zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht optimal (Flecken am Teppich, Zimmer abgewohnt). Eine Reinigung des Zimmers findet nur einmal in der Woche statt.
Generell müsste der Lift, der Gang, das Apartment selber und das Badezimmer saniert / renoviert werden.

ACHTUNG: es handelt sich hier um kein Hotel, sondern um ein Apartment mit 24h Concierge.

The location is great. Easy walking distance to all necessities.

It was a pleasant beautiful stay that made our visit enjoyable and smooth. Great for large parties!
Pros:

I had the 4 bedroom penthouse suite that had a beautiful view. It was great to have 4 bathrooms for all my guests to get ready in. The kitchen was clean and had useful utensils/bowls/plates. The hotel staff was kind and helpful in person. It made the stay pleasant and easy. The room was clean and beds were nicely presented and inviting.

Cons:

Not the most accessible and organized inquiring information over the phone leading up to the reservation.

Pros:

Konumu, temizliği, personelin güler yüzlü ve yardım sever olması odamızın manzarası her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Toplu ulaşım marketlere yakınlığını sevdik. Nerede ise her yere taksi kullanmadan gidebildik. Bulunduğu muhit ise çok nezih.

Nice place to stay but not 100% satisfy.
Pros:

Staff were very nice. Spacious. Nice kitchen and bedroom. Spectacular view. Very good smell body wash and shampoo. Free washer and dryer.

Cons:

Small bathroom. Only one time of room service during 7-night stay. Not that close to subway.
