Veranda Residence Pattaya Pool Villa

酒店很舒服，泳池及早餐都很出色。
環境很好。
唯一不足就是酒店前台辦入住的時候，沒有很清晰的告訴你酒店有什麼設施可用。

Veranda residence is a horrible place , away from city,not even bear central jomtien . Hotel side much better that Patent building veranda residence,dismal depressed looking area.
Beach is filthy , bear bottles on sand, city smells like weed and sewer lines. Water absolutely disgusting

A large number of cockroaches appeared in various corners of the room when we checked in. We couldn't sleep all night because we had to keep killing them. The booking website and the apartment management staff were unresponsive and unhelpful when we reported the issue. We strongly advise against staying here, as this accommodation ruined our trip.

Service is great. People are just so friendly and the rooms are spacious. Covid 19 protocols are really in placed and practiced. Both day and evening views are great. The really worth experiencing is their Breakfast buffet is superb with the BEST Bacon!

ホテルのほうはそれなりに良い感じですが、コンドミニアムなのでサービスが無いもないのが残念な気がしました。

Is not a recommended place to stay. It does have a hotel rather than the one that I stay which is residency and not hotel. Not as expected.

Clean place , suitable for vacation with family, No breakfast included but there are kitchen and kitchen utensils so you can cook. 2 swimming pools

This Apartment is provide self check-in but comfortable. Staff will contact you 1 day in advance prior to arrival for check-in & check out conditions and ask bank transfer for cleaning fees. Big room and clean including bathroom essentials.

I originally booked to stay for three nights, and had to check out right the way after only been check in for one hour. If you are looking for a beach holiday, dont come to this place. even though they have three pools, the chairs by the pool was broken and many cigarettes butt on the floor, and dont be fooled by the photos because there is no beach access, very tiny and dirty and not connected to other part of beach, basically isolated, and construction going on right next to pool. I can only say very disappointed.

The service really bad .we call in advance that we will arrive after at midnight. We arrive at the hotel at 12:30 am and our room not available. They been given our room to someone else and we have to wait for manager till 2:30 am and we get to our room almost 3 am in the morning . We paid for room that got 2 bed and sofa bed but we get room that have no sofa bed and still charge us the same price. Booked for 6 pp. but there is only 2 tooth brush . And once we get in our room at 3 am , the manager ask us to pay straight away and we want to pay in card but he only accept cash. The worst hotel service I ever been .

The only thing good about the property was the swimming pool however if you want to stay where there is peace and quiet look some where else. There is a lot of families and locals coming here to take pictures of themselves and kids being so loud.

The communication from managers was terrible unable
to get through to them and also we had to wait over one hour for someone to give us the keys. From start to finish the communication was terrible, if you want to stay here avoid booking through Pattaya Holidays.

รอบที่ 3 เราถึงที่พักบ่ายสี่ครึ่งจะเอาบัตรปชช.ไปแลกกจ. ปรากฎแลกไม่ได้ นิติบอกต้องติดต่อเอเจ้น เราโทรไลน์หาเอเจ้น เอเจ้นบอกเด๋วโทรกลับ
รอบที่ 4 เอเจ้นโทรมาบอกรอแปป มอไซด์กำลังวิ่งเอากจ.ไปให้ ถามนานเท่าไหร่ก้ไม่บอก
รอบที่ 5 รอนานเราโทรไปตามว่าอีกนานมั้ยก้ตอบไม่ได้ ขอโทรกลับอีก
รอบที่ 6 โทรกลับมาว่ากจ.อยู่ในเมล์บ๊อกซ์ จบ

ถ้าเป็นคุณ คุณจะรุสึกอย่างไร???

สะอาด เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้แหล่งของกิน ไปพักอีกแน่นอน ประทับใจมาก

I could not stay this hotel even I booked this on hotels.com.

Check in time to be informed 24hrs before in advance otherwise you cannot check in when you arrived hotel during non opening hours of reception.

On top, after all booking, I have received email of Additional Cleaning fee 600 THB - 9000 THB to be charged at arrival on top of booked value.
