Country Club Tasmania

Amazing location with food and coffee shops open until late.
Rooms very clean and comfortable and equipped with kettle and fridge. We had room with a balcony which was very nice and spent a lot of time out there reading and having a coffee. Very relaxing area.

Absolutely amazing! Room was fantastic, i thought spas where great but the shower in the suite room was perfection. Driving range was exceptional! Affordable family friendly grear for groups, individuals and couples 100% going back more often

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and visit again. We stayed in a courtyard suite on the 3rd floor, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The room was big, grand, and very comfortable... it felt calm and relaxing as soon as we walked in.

The spa, pool and sauna were a lovely bonus and made the stay feel like a real treat. Overall, it was an easy, comfortable, and indulgent stay and we’d love to come back.

Got a great rate and can never question the facilities. Pool, spa, restaurants and Casino and Golf to top it off. Plenty to keep you occupied. Really comfortable beds too.

Whether you play Golf (or not) or like a bet on the pokies or a Casino (or not) it is worth a visit to stay.
Great location, friendly staff and family friendly (not the gaming area obviously - lol) and good value.

Great way to start the New Year at the Country Club at Launceston. Do yourself a favour and book a suite and spoil yourself. Plenty of locations in easy drive of the Club. Evandale Market is a bonus.

Had a enjoyable 3 day break. The Venue had everything you needed to chill and relax. Did a day trip to Cradle Mountain. Next time I will come back for some entertainment in the showroom.

Great family stay at Country Club Launceston. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a really relaxed vibe. We also had a great time in the Range — definitely a highlight of our trip. Would stay again!

I stayed here on a Black Friday deal for $129 which was a great deal. Unfortunately I was charged a nasty credit card surcharge before arrival - they charged my Amex card on file even though there was also an visa card with a lower surcharge which I always use… they would not reverse it when I questioned it. If you are seriously paying over 2.9% on Amex transactions then get a new bank. I operate a small business and pay 1.5%…

The room was average and not as good as last time. No view at all. Quite old fashioned.

I love the pool which I used twice.

The breakfast was tasty and a highlight.

You have to walk a long way to get to your car but at least the parking is free.

The price was good but I was not impressed this time.

Came for a conference, and stayed extra
Was given a wonderful Suite that was clean, tidy, and had a great bed.
serviced each day by housekeeping.
enjoyed other facilities here.

Conference food was average, but other meals were good.

staff very friendly and more than willing to help and accommodate requests.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be booking to come back when we return next year. Honestly can't fault them, great food, fun night at the casino. Dessert room service and a lux spa in a suite. Beautiful grounds to roam around on. All the staff where lovely and helpful.

Just love the Country Club's accommodation. Always spotlessly clean and tidy and the Country Club staff are always friendly and helpful. So many activities you can do there if you want to whilst you stay there. A 10 out of 10 for the Country Club.

Incredibly clean and well kept resort that is full of charm. Visited for work but would definitely take the family there.

Staff very unhelpful when we had items of ours stolen. Only wanted to deal with the police and would not give me or the other people in my group any information from their security cameras. Staff were very very rude & arrogant to us after we just had motorcycles of ours stolen from their carpark.

We enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the Country Club Casino. Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful attendants. The beds were ultra soft, and everything we needed was provided. We also enjoyed our meal and a drink from the bar.

On arrival at the main entrance, I did note the signs said drop-off only however I said to my wife to check in and once we got our room we could find where to park.
She was told by the receptionist that we were not allowed to park there , and that there was a different entrance for guest parking, which was near a fountain.
This was not apparent to me as the signage is very poor.
I felt like a second class citizen as the entrance we should have come in was around the side.
I will never come to this hotel again, I found the receptionist not overly friendly, the signage poor plus the distance from the car park to our room excessive (there was no help from any concierge offered).

Location was perfect for us as we had a party at the iron horse, which took 5 mins in an uber, and also family in Prospect. Rooms could do with an update, and we would have preferred a shower not over the bath, I'm sure if older people had to climb over a bath that could be an issue. I chose the country club so we wouldn't have to worry about food options etc. for our short 2-night stay and the food on offer was great. would stay again.
