It's a very nice room and it's clean

The room is narrow, no wardrobe, you have to keep your clothes in your suitcase.

Dingy, dirty, dark, smelly, staff unlocked door when I was in room and walked in. Not safe. More staff than customers. Avoid.

The break fast was awesome my girl friend and I really enjoyed our stay .

Great friendly staff, clean room. Right off Transit line, easy to get to and to see sights.

Hakam at the reception was helpful and professional.

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli gayet temiz sessiz kahvaltısı yeterli

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Reservé una habitación triple de 32 metros cuadrados con vista a la ciudad para una estancia de 10 días, pero al llegar me dieron una habitación más pequeña que olía a tabaco. Cuando me quejé, me dijeron que al día siguiente me darían la habitación que había reservado, pero lo que recibí fue otra habitación en la última planta, que olía fuertemente a lejía, lo cual era insoportable. No la acepté, y finalmente me dieron una habitación triple estándar de solo 22 metros cuadrados, muy por debajo de lo que había pagado y reservado.

Además, el servicio de limpieza dejó mucho que desear. Durante los 10 días de mi estancia, nunca cambiaron las sábanas, simplemente hacían la cama de forma superficial. El baño tampoco se limpiaba adecuadamente; lo único que hacían era dejar toallas nuevas, y hasta el papel higiénico había que solicitarlo en algunas ocasiones. En cuanto al desayuno, era bastante básico, sin nada especial.

En resumen, no recomiendo este hotel por su pésimo servicio y falta de atención a los detalles.

Aqui aoarece que o Estacionamento custa 100Liras Turcas, mas na hora te cobram 11 euros pra deixar o carro na rua. E se vc questiona dizem que o Hoteis.com que esta desatualizado O ar condicionado ficou 2 dias sem funcionar num calor infernal. O cafe da manha e simples. Enfim a gente se adapta, mas nao ficarei de novo nesse hotel!!

Horrifying experience. The worst hotel I ever stayed. Not worthy of the price at all.

The room that I booked on the picture is junior suite that suppose to have two separate rooms with one king size bed and one single bed. But they gave me a single room with double bed and sofa bed. When I asked them that is not the room I booked, initially they insisted that is the room. But the next day they said the double room is under refurbishment. Which is a lie. In fact it was rented.

The first room they provided us was on the sixth floor which the lift doesn’t reach there. As it only works until the 5th floor. So we had to carry baby which wasn’t safe at all.

The toilet smells horrible, it sickens us all family. Imagine 18 months baby was with us. The shower handle is broken.

After two nights they changed us a room which still has smelly toilet. Poor conditions of the beds. House keepers barely touched the room.

The breakfast isn’t good enough. This hotel shouldn’t be a three star hotel. It’s not qualified to get this rank. Customer service zero.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is connected to the tramway, so is very easy to get to the attraction points.
