Bom, devido ao custo beneficio.
Pros:

boa localização, bom custo beneficio, hotel simples mas comodo, seguindo um padrao da cidade.

Cons:

Demora no check in, tiveram que alterar o quarto, pois o que estava reservado nao estava limpo.

Great location, near all you need in the city.
I stayed in this hotel for an entire week and had no complaints.
Will definitely stay there again in the future.
Very affordable, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations and a complete breakfast included.
