wer nur ein sauberes Bett und eine heiße Dusche braucht und mit einem Wasserkocher zurecht kommt, kann hier für günstige
Pros:

Es war ausreichend sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und es waren Handtücher da. Der Wasserkocher hat funktioniert. wir haben abends einfach einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Rewe ist direkt im Haus.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist dürftig. Es gab keine Wassergläser, keine Zahnputz -Gläser lediglich einen Topf, keine Pfanne. Es gab keine wirklichen Kochutensilien. Der Kühlschrank war nicht nur nicht geputzt. Er war nicht angestellt und hat entsprechend dann auch unangenehm gerochen. Die Mikrowelle hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte ein Zweibettzimmer bestellt und dann ein Doppelbett bekommen. Da wir spät eingecheckt sind, gab es kein Personal mehr um das zu ändern. Der Versuch des Kontaktes um eventuell für die nächste Nacht ein Zweibettzimmer zu bekommen war erfolglos.
Da wir gerade eine Haushaltsauflösung betreiben, haben wir dann sowohl Kochutensilien als auch Geschirr im Apartment hinterlassen. So haben dann hoffentlich die nächsten Gäste ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung.

War für meine Zwecke in Ordnung, weil ich wegen einer Feier in der Nähe da war. Wer ein „schönes“ Zimmer sucht oder eine
Pros:

War sehr ruhig (vielleicht auch weil Wochenende war).

Cons:

Befindet sich in einem sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Einkaufszentrum, die ganze Anlage wirkt sehr marode und hat etwas von einem „Lost Place“.
Zimmer war sehr groß, aber ebenfalls ziemlich abgeranzt.

Cons:

Uns wurde das Zimmer 17 zugewiesen. Keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage. Bodenfliese am Boden liegend. Lüftungsgitter in der Dusche fehlte - war total verdreckt. Auch die Duschkabine war mit Seifenresten übersät.

die Lage

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist eine Katastrophe, das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Restliche Toilettenpapier im Bad Kalkflecken. Überall Flecken von Fett in der Küche Haare im Bett Fingerabdrücke auf dem Bett schwarze Flecken auf dem Boden, Spinnweben und Staub überall. Nach der Reklamation an der Rezeption hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung steht und wir ein Beschwerde Schreiben aufsetzen müssen. Dies haben wir auch gemacht leider vergebens. Keine Antwort nach Rückfrage hieß es es wird bearbeitet. Um uns den Aufenthalt nicht komplett zu versauen, habe ich das Personal nach einem Mob und einem Lappen gefragt und selber das Zimmer gereinigt.
