Falta de comunicación sobre los procesos, lo que genera incomodidad. No me dijeron que había que sellar el boleto de estacionamiento o que había que hacer el checkout después de desayunar para que no me cobraran doble

Mi primera vez en CDMX
Pros:

Bien ubicado,a unas cuadras de avenida Álvaro Obregón puedes encontrar muchos restaurantes y bares,el hotel olía rico en todo momento, limpieza en los baños 10/10,la atención del personal muy amables y atentos, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente!!

Al apto se le ve que le hace falta mantenimiento en general, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfría bien, la cerradura de la puerta de la alcoba principal le hacía falta mantenimiento, una noche la puerta quedó cerrada sin nosotros hecharle seguro y me tocó conseguir un cerrajero a las 11 pm para que mi hijo menor de edad y yo pudiéramos dormir cómodamente, los precios para hacer el cambio oscilaban en los 1.500 pesos mexicanos, el anfitrión se demoró en responder para apoyarme cuando ya lo hizo ya había conseguido una persona q cobro un poco menos y el gasto lo asumí yo en ningún momento el anfitrión tuvo la decencia de decirme voy a reconocerte lo del costo de la cerradura

Pros:

La habitación era bastante amplia y todos los días limpiaban el lugar. Además, el desayuno era bastante variado, ya que se tenía frutas, pan, comida, dulces u otro tipo de comidas para complementar. La zona era bastante cercana a lugares de interes, ya sea para ir al centro de la ciudad a recorrer o ir a otras zonas cercanas para eventos de lucha libre. El personal muy agradable y con buena disposición para ayudar o responder dudas. Muy recomendado

La comida del restaurante es muy buena. La súper recomiendo. Ed amable y atento el personal. Limpio. Y nos quedó perfecta la ubicación por el lugar a donde íbamos.

Cons:

Mi ñrederencia por el tipo de colchón que me parece un poco duro. Solo eso.
