Enki Royal Cesme Hotel

Rezervasyonumu oda kahvaltı olarak yapmıştım fakat otele gittiğimde kahvaltının olmadığını belittiler ve ödememi tam yapmak zorunda kaldım bu konuda hiç yardımcı olunmadı.

Otel çalışanları sürekli “ ilgileniyorum hemen” diye cevap veriyorlar ancak hiç birşeyi çözemediler, sorunun teknik nedenlerden kaynaklandığını söylüyorlar, madem teknik sorunlarınız var otel neden açık, neden hizmet veriyorsunuz ki.
Çok berbat bir tatil oldu maalesef, bir daha aslaaaa

We had a terrible stay. Our room was so dirty. The tap in the bathroom sink didn't work, the shower was covered in mould, the bedsheets had hairs on them, the balcony door handle was broken, the curtains were broken. We were the ONLY people staying in this hotel and we heard noises in the hallway and outside our bedroom door at 2-3am and felt really unsafe, as reception closed at 12am and anyone can just walk into the building. The receptionist was friendly but only spoke Turkish. We woke up in the early morning and ran out of there, we could not wait to leave.

Aslında potansiyeli olan bir oteldi fakat personel çok yetersizdi. İki garson ile idare ediyorlardı. Onlarda özverili davranmasa herşey altüst olurdu. Odanın donanımları doğru düzgün çalışmıyor, eksik veya bozuk. Örnek; Tv çalışmıyor, başucu çekmecesi kırık, ampül patlak gibi. Yerleştiğimiz saat de tv nin bozuk olduğunu söylememize rağmen 1 hafta boyunca hiç bir şey yapmadılar. Resepsiyon görevlileri yetkin değildi. Bilmeleri gereken hiç bir şeyden haberleri yoktu. Oteli pati dostu olduğu için tercih ettik ama çalışanların hepsi köpekten korkuyor, çok entersan.Özetle yönetim berbat. Bir iki düzgün garson ve temizlik görevlisi dışında hemen herkes aşırı ilgisizler. Kahvaltı tabağına soyulmamış bütün hali ile salatalık konulur mu? Her sabah uyarmamıza rağmen aşçı hiç oralı olmadı. Belki de bir aşçı yoktu, emin değilim. Konum mükemmel, işletme sıkıntılı.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem Standard. Hervorheben möchte ich die Lage, den Strand, das Fitnessstudio und den Servie.

Bei Ankunft war schon mal Stromausfall, Zimmer schmutzig, Badezimmer komplett verschimmelt und ganz schwarz. Wasserhahn funktionierte nicht, musste immer eine Trinkflasche hinstellen um die Hände waschen zu können. Dusche hat funktioniert wenn es Lust hatte, eine richtige Katastrophe. Safe im Zimmer war gesperrt und Lose, nach der Meldung an der Rezeption kam der Techniker konnte es selber nicht öffnen und hat einen 2. Safe gebracht und einfach drauf gestellt. Wasserhahn wurde nicht repariert, ging eigentlich nicht mehr zu reparieren und es war ihnen egal auszutauschen. Frühstück musste man immer mindestens 45 Minuten auf dem Platz warten, eine andere Lösung gab es nicht, bei 10-15 Personen Belegung, echt eine Zumutung. In der Lade war ein ganzer Sackerl schmutzige Wäsche von dem vorigen Gast, das habe ich nur Fotografiert und nicht gemeldet. Also wurde das Zimmer davor nicht ordentlich geputzt. Nach dem auschecken einige Zeit später wurde ich vom Hotel kontaktiert, dass ich die Kinderwäsche vergessen habe, ich habe ihnen geantwortet, dass das vom vorigen Gast ist, sie haben sich nur entschuldigt, war ihnen nicht einmal peinlich. Die Klimaanlage war eine Zumutung.Das war eine richtig überbezahlte Abzocke. Gerne kann ich Bilder schicken und hoffe Expedia unternimmt etwas.

Sehr schönes gut gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles war sehr schön, Hotel befindet sich 2 Minuten von ilica Plaji ( Strand ) und alles war sehr sauber und Zimmer war wunderschön

Very friendly staff and good facilities, really enjoyed my stay!

The best aspect of the hotel is its location. It is just a couple of minutes walk from Ilica beach, the nicest beach in the area, making it very easy to ferry back and forth as much as you want. Other than that the rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lavish breakfast, friendly staff. There are lots of great restaurants within a ten minute walk. Only downside was the slow & intermittent internet connection but most people visiting Cesme are probably not in need of robust access to the web.

Mega Aufenthalt. Weiter zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl
