Phòng rất âm u, đèn mờ mờ, cách âm kém, giường cực kì đau lưng, không có máy sấy tóc. Khi đi khỏi khách sạn phải đưa lại chìa khóa phòng rất bất tiện. Thêm nữa là không biết khách sạn nuôi gà hay con gì mà kêu suốt ngày từ sáng sớm thực sự rất phiền. Ngoài ra khách sạn không hỗ trợ tích cực về mặt xuất hóa đơn VAT lắm nên phải chờ mấy tiếng mình mới vào check in được.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un hall sale, ascenseur qui sentait la poussière très fort.
Une fois dans la chambre, ce fut une grosse déception. Des draps sales, des mites partout sur les murs et j’en passe.

La struttura è poco accogliente, da fuori sembra abbandonata. La camera, seppur grande poiché aveva due letti matrimoniali, era veramente mal tenuta, sporca a livello inaccettabile.

L’établissement nous a gentiment mis à la porte à notre arrivée (21h) alors que la réservation était confirmée depuis plusieurs mois car il avait surbooké l’hôtel. Résultat : nous avons tourné dans la ville jusqu’à 2h du matin pour pouvoir se reloger dans un hôtel qui avait de la place et qui ne coûter pas 600€ la nuit. L’hôtel n’a rien fait pour nous aider à trouver un logement alors qu’il savait pertinemment qu’il n’avait pas la place de nous loger. Personne ne nous a prévenu avant notre arrivée. À cause de cela, nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir payé une chambre à 190€ la nuit à 2h du matin car nous n’avions plus le choix pour ne pas être à la rue. Ne venez pas ici

Vieux, voire délabré

As I walked in the vibe werent amazing I understand people's English probably werent the best however we felt ignored most of it , as I walked in the room the beds felt damp I thought they might have just been washed however days later was the same n a certain smell the room/ walls were damp with bugs , we understand it was cheap an not going to get the best place to stay but we would just expect the place to atleast be cleaner. The bathroom flooded from the toilet a lot we stayed calm didnt complain as we left we seen another women take a cleaning product to clean her room (Thats not really her job) as she was trying to complain to them , as we left my boyfriend has woke up with loads of bed bug bites / flies a picture will be shown. There were multiple staff on reception yet didnt feel like one of them were a cleaner.

The room is very dirty, there is mold everywhere on the walls, the photos do not correspond to reality at all!

The room was old but repainted. Appearance seems moderate. Some weird smell was felt inside.

Готель старий, потребує ремонту, вікна немає в номері, враження шо готель зачинений але ще дихає на останніх обертах. Це тільки для однієї ночі, ми були пару годин там , шоб просто полежати в ліжку перед потягом.
