My Husband grew up in the area, but moved to Australia when he was fourteen, with his family. We enjoyed having the freedom to catch up with relatives, without making them feel overwelmed. We enjoyed a relaxed, fteindly environment fo a few dinners but did not have breakfast at this accomadation.
Maybe, being open in the morning for breakfast
No Soap in the shower holder. But all else good thanks
Room was sizeable and comfortable.
Room was getting a bit scruffy in places, particularly the bathroom. No breakfast available. No great value.

The pub was closed in the morning so I had to wander around to find someone to hand the room key to.

The room was clean, comfortable and all that we needed.
It's opposite Hartford Station which is very convenient.
The Hosts, clearly, had never been on a customer service course our hospitality seminar they didn't have a smile or cheerful word between them and made no effort to make us feel welcome.
I was a little surprised that, during our 3 day stay, there was no room cleaning of any sort.
There was also no soap in the shower dispenser.
The location and parking
It was a little bit dated especially the bathroom. And I felt the room door could be a bit more secure.
Good room , has all you need
Pub is shut on a Monday so just difficult to get a drink and meal , but there was Chinese Take Away round corner which saved the day

Location great for delamere forest.
Food in the pub was lovely and staff attentive and friendly.
We stayed here 20 years ago and I don't think the rooms have been updated since then. Very old and dated. But they were very clean.

It was tired - out dated and needs a programme of refurbishment . The bed was a small double in a room that could easily have taken a king . As it was room only it wasn’t quite for money .
Great place to stay, brilliant staff and lovely food
there wasn't anything i didn't like
The room was lovely, bed comfortable, room and bathroom big.
Trains go past till around 11:30, but that is out of hotel’s control so not end of world.
Great location for us attending a wedding in the location,straightforward arriving and departing,very good food served in the pub
