The apartment’s location is perfect—close to everything, with nearby nightlife, yet still safe. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, open almost any time. The apartment itself is in excellent condition: spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in instructions were clear, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay feel even warmer.

Mi è piaciuta la zona centrale, molto piccolo per 4 persone, 4 piano senza ascensore ma lo sapevamo, mancava una scopa. per quanto pagato mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio

La ubicación excelente, apartamento pequeño Súper Equipado con todo lo necesario, además de bonito y funcional, la Comunicación y respuesta del anfitrión es excelente y la flexibilidad también, es una zona muy buena de París un poco ruidoso por tener un bar restaurante en PB y no tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que si se viaja en época de calor puede ser un problema porque de noche hay que abrir la ventana y el bar hace ruido hasta cómo las 12:00 am.

Would not recommend this property for summer as there is no A/C or Mini-Split to keep guests cool. Opening the window means letting in the noise from the restaurant right below, along with cigarette smells, with no guarantee of a breeze. Our family of 4 found it far too tight to squeeze by each other in the narrow strip that connected the bedroom, restroom, kitchen sink, laundry closet, AND front door.

This is a clean hotel in a great location. The room itself is small, but that is not unexpected for Paris. The unit is furnished quite practically. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is close to metro stops, restaurants, grocery stores and even shopping, you won't find a more convenient location.

The bathroom is very small though, and the shower stall is tiny by North American standards. Nonetheless it was adequate and I have no issue putting up with a small bathroom in order to get a great hotel location.

Bunların dışında konumu mükemmel, mutfak eşyaları kullanışlı ve bolca var, wifi sorunsuz, temizlik iyi, kibar insanlar ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. 7/24 birileri binada idareci olarak kalmadığı için bagaj teslim edemiyorsunuz, bir gün önceden haberleşilerek belli bir saate kadar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar yine de.

Its location is close to a variety of cafe, bistro, boulangerie patisserie, bars, restaurants, shopping and convenient grocery stores. It is also close to Metro and bus locations. Walking distance to Louvre, River Seine, National Library and many sightseeing places. Owner and his staff, very friendly and easy to communicate by Whatsapp, thoughtfully provided us a small box of almond chocolates, a city guide, and a Tote bag. Suite 3A worked well for three of us. It does not have AC and no elevator. Weather in late May in Paris -- no AC needed. The party noises late at night was fine with us as well.

Superb location. Walkable and yet not throngs of tourists - felt authentic. Excellent communication from the apart-hotel team. It’s located over a lively brasserie, so there is some noise - but it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.

A very clean, light and airy apartment.
A little too loud in the evening due to the bars below, but otherwise a great location with lots of choice of restaurants, shops and patisseries nearby.

スーパーも近くに沢山ありますので、自炊も楽しく出来ました。
パリの中心地にあり、街も綺麗でルーブル美術館や、オペラ座などにも歩いていけました。
管理人の人達も親切で、良い思い出になりました。

Collocato in ottima posizione per visitare e accedere facilmente alla metro, la proprietaria molto gentile.

It was a great stay. Everything was walking distance, Bring your sneakers. Plenty of restaurant nearby.

Residence Louvre is a great property close to the Louvre, the Latin Quarter and has great little cafes right outside the apartment building. It was very clean and even though its tiny 4 adults stayed there easily and the pullout couch was actually very comfortable. The shower water was always - not an easy feat with 4 adults showering. The communication and actual property mamager to meet uswhen we arrived was very appreciated. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The location is very convenient to shops and transportation. The apartment is above restaurants and it gets noisy until after midnight. The living spaces are very tight. The shower is the smaller than you can imagine.

Nice, clean and cozy. 5 mins walk to Louvre and Seine. Plenty of Cafe and small cute restaurants and markets around. Feel very safe and enjoyable, eating and walking around into midnight. The room is on the small side, stairs are quite narrow and steep, probably typical for Paris. Moving large luggage up and down was quite some challenges. Communication was very good and prompt.
