Die Lage!

Die Mitarbeiter:in waren sehr nett und freundlich, leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig wir haben den Nachbar jeden Tag gehört oft bis in die Nacht telefoniert. Super war das zu Fuß alles erreichbar İst Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

I understand that others rated this hotel highly. However upon my check in, the deposit box had no batteries. The room's door had stopped working due to batteries so that also had to get fixed. Quite noisy at night but that is part of the area's charm. Locationwise however it is excellent and very close to this great food hall called Kadiköy Terminal

Location

The location is excellent and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I’d book again without hesitation, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, super comfortable, great location, and great service! Breakfasts are very filling, and Mr. Samet's juices and his morning smile are the perfect start to the day in Kadikoy!!! Thank you, I'll be back again :)

Really clean, quiet and well managed. Very well situated for public transport options, and the staff speak great English.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLE!!!

I stayed there for 2 nights. The first day we arrive the AC was broken and the reception said it should be fixed in a few hours, but then the whole night there we don’t have any AC and had to open the door to cope with the heat and the smell from the bathroom drain, but the noise from the street is very loud making it hard to sleep. You cannot imagine how terrible we felt waking up the next day.
The second day we again are promised that the AC will be fixed, but after a long day out, we came back late at night not only to see that there’s still no AC, but they did not even clean the room! Not even new towels are supplied!
I demanded a reimbursement for the broken AC as a chance for them to compensate for the bad experience, but of course they refused bluntly and said you can comment whatever you want but I don’t do refund. Honestly at this point even a small gesture from them would be enough to make me feel less disappointed but they don’t even bother to offer anything as it’s my last day there.
Browsing through the reviews it seems this is not the first time this has happened, and it seems they don’t care about it as long as people are still booking due to the fake positive feedbacks.

Facilities-wise it was very old and you can tell they’re all cheap stuffs.

I know my review is not gonna be enough to make people stay away from bad businesses like this, but if you’ve come across my review then please, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

Kadıköyün merkezinde, Boğa heykeline yürüme mesafesinde, temiz, kahvaltısı güzel bir otel

Comfortable bathroom and shower in particular.

It's our fourth or fifth stay in this hotel. The staff is very kind and polite with really good English so the communication is very good.
For those travelling by car there is istpark very close to the hotel.

Its really in a conveniently situated for most amenities. The staff is excellent especially the dining room staff .

The staff is really friendly and hotel is newer than most and kept very clean. The only issue I had was noise from the street, which I’m not sure the hotel could be made responsive for. But this impaired my sleep. I had to purchase ear plugs to get through the night. Frequent WIFi outage also occurred often to much frustration since there are not many English channels - found just one.
