We loved it, it was perfect for our family
Pros:

We had such a great experience here! They had thoughtful details, like inflatables for the kids to use in the pool and bikes to borrow. The location was unbeatable; we decided to walk to the beach and it was less than 15 minutes. The property is beautiful and it felt cozy and relaxed. We loved it and would stay here again next time we’re in Venice.

I loved everything about the property. It was a beautiful place. The staff was exceptional. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach and shops were in walking distance.

There was a water outage one day. We were not informed. When I asked, I was told to expect it to continue for a short time but that extended to a few hours.

Comfortable and peaceful.
Pros:

Tranquil, they supplied anything we may have forgot, they provided beach toys/pool toys and floats to borrow, bikes to use, it was clean and just a short ride or walk to the beach. Love, love, love. Will be back!

Tropical villas are a paradise
Pros:

Everything! Location is so close to beach. Yet extremely quiet area off the main road. Thoughtful amenities, sand sifters, beach chairs,towels and umbrella. Beautiful clean quiet room. We walked to the Old Venice area for dinner and shopping. They also provide bicycles that we did not use .

Best Beach Vacation Stay!
Pros:

This was our first time visiting Venice, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The room itself wasn’t overly fancy, but it was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location was truly perfect—just minutes from Venice Beach and downtown, which made it easy for us to bike around and explore.

We spent our days relaxing on the beach and wandering through downtown, and our kids absolutely loved the playground right across the street. One day we even biked over to Caspersen Beach, which was a little further out but such a great ride.

What really surprised us was how thoughtfully stocked the Airbnb was—it had everything you’d want for a beach vacation, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

All in all, it was one of the best stays we’ve had, and we would absolutely return!

Location was good for the town and the beach. The use of bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, ice box, beach towels was very good to have. Washing machine provided with soap, coffee provided.

Cons:

The furniture in the lounge needs updating and the door panel was loose. The bathroom was clean but also needs updating
