I liked that it was close to everything.

Cons:

They got tubs were cold, there were mosquitoes and bugs all around the rooms, it was so loud, I got no sleep. The music went on until 5am, and lastly they gave me a dumb charge for getting makeup on my face towel and charged me 30 dollars for a towel!!!! I told them I would wash it they didn’t let me. No face towel is 30 bucks!!

It only has ceiling fans. The room was too hot the entire time I was there.

Location is awesome. Most of the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Security guard for rooms was quite rude. I heard another guest also complaining about him. He acted like front desk employees work for him not the other way around.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Got a 40% food discount coupon to the Patio restaurant that came handy and the food was surprisingly good. If you come to Rosarito to party and drink (which we DIDN’T) this hotel will suit you well. Otherwise stay in another hotel as far as you can, because the music is so loud that the hotel walls shook until the music stopped at 5am.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I've had food poisoning that was a better experience than this place... no joke!
#1 pictures showed a beautiful large tub, plenty of room and a beautiful view. We got a tiny room, hard bed and hot & cold shower
#2 no AC in the building - MISERABLE
#3 3pm is check in, can't check bags early like any other resort. We were early, 2nd time at 3 lines out the door. Half people were renewing a room key you have to do daily.
#4 staffs dressed like slobs- everyone had food stains on their shirts
#5 right next to all night party blasts music til 4AM. You won't sleep! When you do you're in a stuffy sweaty room
#6 parkings in a dirt field, trash everywhere
#7 no English tv channels
#8 same price as Rosarito Beach Hotel- a true resort
#9 staff outside the window yelling to each other at 7am
#10 towels are old, rough and nasty
#11 4 deck couches around 1 small pool
#12 hot tubs are filthy and cold water
#13 restaurant is average at best and over priced
#14 the bed was HARD, slightly better than the floor
#15 it's so small, stuffy, hot, barely big enough for 1 person with a bed you can't sleep on
