I love my trips to Coogee and The Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel caps off the experience.
Pros:

Clean and upmarket experience. The street could be cleaner, out of hotels control. The bat, birds and outlook from the fourth floor is exceptional. There are no weird odours and the elevators also smell nice, you'd think that should be standard, its not everywhere.

Cons:

There are lots of little lights which make the room too light at night (not exclusive to the CBBH though).

Pros:

Spacious clean comfortable close to beach and bars and restaurants but no issue with noise going to bed at all
