Não há aviso, no site durante a reserva, de que o hóspede deve levar a roupa de cama, toalha, material de higiene, que não é disponibilizado.

Não teve reserva...comprei aí chegando lá não tinha querto disponível e o dono alegou q eu não reservei nada e q não paguei nada sendo q tinha número de reserva em 24 horas iria ser descontado do meu cartão, aí cheguei lá liguei e cancelei a compra porque ele queria q pagasse direto para ele... decidir ficar em outro lugar... ele alegou q o valor estava errado tb sendo q comprei um PC de 5 noites com vcs... fique decepcionada pois não sei se quem foi o erro.... sem mais

Pros:

Foi feito a reserva, enviei confirmação da reserva para o proprietário, conversei com ele, porém no dia do check in o proprietário não tinha quarto para mim, além de demorar o atendimento, me indicou outra pousada onde o proprietário tinha quarto para apenas uma diária e a reserva era 2 diárias. Transtono para quem estava viajando e queria já descansar. Não recomendo a pousada.
