すべてが良かったのですが、一つのことで良いイメージが損なわれました。 25日午前9時ごろにチェックアウトをしながら荷物（トランク）2個保管をお願いしました。 ちょうどフロントにおられる方が外国人であり、私たちも外国人だったので短い私たちの日本語によって対話がずれました。 午後1時から5時まで預けた荷物を持って行けないという話を聞いて、私たちは翻訳機を通じて午後7時ごろに来て訪ねて行くと言ったが、ずっと1時から5時まで荷物を訪ねることはできないという言葉だけ繰り返して大丈夫かという話をしましたね。 7時に訪ねて行くと言えば、返済する必要もない状況なのに、ずっとその言葉を繰り返し、私たちが間違って知ったことで勘違いをしました。 その従業員は会話中ずっと席に座って面倒な表情で私たちを見つめ、親切な態度は期待できず、会話の問題が私たちだけにあるという罪意識さえ聞かせる非常に不快な経験でした。 お客様にどのように応対したのかをぜひお聞かせください。 99％の満足が1％の不足で覆われて残念です。
