ベッドメイクがガチガチでかなり引っ張らないと布団が掛けられない。枕が多すぎる。スタッフの声が小さくて聞こえない。

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, que se puede entender, pero la cama de la habitación doble es enana para dos personas occidentales de tamaño medio, me parece una cama tirando a pequeña para una habitación individual.
El personal no hacia por facilitarte las cosas,se limitaba a responder si o no sin darte explicaciones o alguna alternativa, igual por la barrera idiomatica...

ペット可の部屋ということでしたが、設備が傷だらけの言い訳であるように感じました。糞を始末する用具が、これ見よがしにテーブルの側に置かれていたのも不快でした。こちらがペット部屋を指定したつもりはなく、低価格客だからこの部屋に振られたのでは、と疑ったほどです。そもそも、都会の飲食街に建つホテルに、ペット連れの需要がそうそうあるとも思えません。価格相応といえばそれまでですが、こういう形のデメリットは初めてです。予約確定時のメールは、隅から隅までしっかり読むべきと痛感しました。

清掃スタッフが、清掃時に洗面でコンタクトレンズを使用したらしく、空きケースを放置したまま
であつた。フロントに再清掃をお願いした。
