Cons:

Dirty, broken doors, unsecured floor ie back door to level 1 broken anyone can access, dogs in rooms, dirty throughout the complex. Nothing like photos, felt very unsafe.

Terrible my mate did not even stay there and booke another hotel and stayed there

don’t go there trust me
Pros:

it has been 3 weeks now and i still have not got my bond back. 1sr they said 2 pillows need cleaning. then it was carpet need cleaning niw it’s i spewed in the bed. changed 3 times and still no bond. watch out for the car park it was very very bad i woukd hsve to clean my shoes each time fron who knows what’s there but the smell pretty much says it all. i would not advise to bring children there. And if any thing happens in the night no one is there till the next morning no staff even rang becouse lock myself out of the room no answer so coukd not get back into my room till 7 hours later the next morning

Great location, washer and dryer was handy, tv worked

Cons:

Very noisy which we expect in the city but loud tenants and traffic noise +++, taps dripped - not just a tiny bit but a steady stream, parking exorbitant at $20 per day and not gated/secure, carpets were filthy, general state was worn and badly in need of freshening (holes in sofa, missing kitchen draw, the microwave looked like it was about to fall off, fridge missing shelves), not enough power points so had to rearrange living space to use laptop, no oven, linen did not look overly clean - luckily we bought our own pillows,

Don’t trust these guys with you bond money
Pros:

Well they nothing to exciting but prob the selection in the vending machines

Cons:

The furniture is like the have got it all from the Salvation Army the don’t even put coffee sachet or a bottle of water in your room plus the fact $$320 bond the furniture in the room wasn’t even worth that and they never gave me my bond back

Cons:

The facilities were old and antiquated. I was charged $20 for parking but later read in a booklet provided in the room by the hotel that parking was only $10. The swimming pool was out of order. I had to use my own phone data by hot spoting the television as the hotels wi fi wasn't working. Overall, I won't be back and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.

Pros:

The room was relatively clean and hotel was close to the city.

Cons:

The car park is very unsafe - full of derelict cars of the rough sleepers that are now housed in the motel. Hard to get a park most nights, even though we paid for parking and most corners of the park are covered in pee and rubbish.
The room itself was relatively clean if you can overlook the broken power points that are an electrical hazard. They charge you a $300 plus charge if they have to do anything additional such as empty the rubbish bin in the room. Our room had special treat of some used toe nail clippers left on the broken, dusty range hood in the kitchen.
