The standards of cleanliness, were appalling. The stains all over the carpet, booking was for 2 adults, one child- there was only a double bed in a single room provided, no extra cot or bed and no extra bedding. safety of the apartments was in question due to the exit door being kicked in so it couldn't even be closed. The complex was raided by the police at 3 o'clock in the morning. Disturbing everybody in the apartments.
The host demanded deposit external from booking sites and refused refund deposit claiming unsubstantiated damages with no costing values attached.

There was a human poop at the bottom of the stairs, people yelling and screaming in nearby rooms, old and rundown. Would never stay here

If they could put fleece blankets on each bed since its winter time .

Having to hand over a $300’bond

We booked for 2 Nights, stayed for 1. Way over priced. The images of the Apartment Online are False Advertising. The shower door didn't shut, everything was covered in the dust and mould, fly screens on all windows wrecked and to top it off we got back from dinner and had to step over a passed out person on the ground to use the lift. Very disturbing for us and our girls.

Last time there was complimentary tea and coffee....this time nothing. On arrival I wggas charged a service fee of $160. I've never had to pay a service fee here at Perth City Apartments before or anywhere else for that matter. I had a visitor stay one night and he smoked 1 cigarette at his bedroom window and left the but on the window sill. I was charged on the spot $300 immediate payment even though my $300 bond was still in their account, which the manager promised I would receive back but still haven't, so he took $300 of me upon checking out and kept my $300 bond all for 1 cigarette but. Also the toilet seat came off , but was really loose upon arrival, the manager made my partner go buy a toilet seat and told my partner to replace it which he did and the toilet seat cost us $60. Overall disappointed with our stay at Perth City Apartments.....

Everything the whole place was filled with cockroach's not mentione the smell of piss and alcohol though the hall ways im surprised there not shut down

Where do I start. No wonderful you have a no refund policy. Place needs to be demolished

Not safe to stand outside it alone
Man walked into building with a face covering looking to use our bathroom

I had someone knock on my room door 9 times between the hours of 5pm and 11:30pm, despite the dodgy sign on my door saying that there’s a sleeping baby in the room and that I’m a new guest- which was off putting in its self.
So we didn’t sleep and left at 5am before the junkies we’re out in the halls

Very messy, untidy and dirty, there were roaches in the room, the hot water took 20 minutes to come through and the draw fell apart when I went to open it.

There was a $300 bond that wasn’t mentioned before booking, he asked for payment once I was booking in and had already paid online.

I don’t know what goes on here but it is so dodgy that it wouldn’t surprise me if something illegals going on

I felt very unsafe in this hotel!

Parking spaces although not allocated can be tight for a large vehicle
