Pros:

屋上は整備がされていなくて人口芝がめくれたりしてます、写真ほど綺麗ではない。

客室は写真通りの綺麗な部屋で非日常感があっていいです。

The room was clean but a bit stuffy. And the bathroom drain got clogged while taking shower.
There aren’t many options around the area but I wound not recommend this place.

価格が高い。食事もないしホテルの設備や大きさからだと半額くらいの価格帯なら妥当か。救いは写真通りの部屋と気さくなスタッフと都心から近くて手軽に旅行感はある。場所は良いので安ければ連泊もアリ

写真通りでかわいかった。匂いが少し気になった。ポップインアラジンはネトフリなど自分のアカウントでみるようで、それを楽しみにしていったので自分のアカウントがなくて見れなく少し残念だった。海沿いですぐに海に行けるので朝日など景色を楽しめてよかった。値段的にご飯付くかと思ったけどわたしが行った時レストランやってなかったから少し高く感じた

確かに外観は古かったですが、館内は綺麗にリニューアルしていました。
スタッフの方の対応もとても親切でした。
お部屋は思った以上に清潔で広かったです。窓から海も眺められて癒されました。
周りに観光地やレストランは少ないですが、ただボーッと海を見たかっただけなので、満足です。
気軽に海外気分を味わえる気がしました。屋上スペースは特に整備されている感じはしませんでしたが、ボーッとするには充分。気の持ちようですね！
機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

The only issue with the area is the lack of open restaurants. Many of the restaurants in the area were closed down. This is in no way, the fault of the hotel.

カビアレルギーの人はエレベーターに要注意‼️
Pros:

部屋はエーゲ海のホテルみたいで真っ白でwifiも使えてとても良い環境でした。が、シーズンオフなせいか⁉️エレベーター内がカビ臭すぎて耐えられない。天井のフィルターも床のカーペットもきちんと掃除して欲しいです。サーファーがウェットスーツのまま部屋に戻るので、海水が絨毯に染みてカビになった感じがするのでエレベーター内のカビには要注意です。

Pros:

「リゾート」という名前で、しかも津久井浜で１万円以上の値付けだから、それなりの期待をしていたが、見事に裏切られた。
部屋に入った瞬間から黴臭い。ベッドのマットレスがかび臭いため、寝ていて不快だった。しかもベッドの配置が出入り口から丸見えで、何の目隠しもない。

置かれているコーヒー用クリーマーは2019年10月（約２年半前）に賞味期限が過ぎていた。コロナのはるか前の賞味期限って…　どんだけ廃れてるの。

なお、他に宿泊客がいるとも思えないのに、隣のアパートや駐車場、道路から丸見えの部屋に通された。窓にはレースカーテンもなく、隣のアパートの住人と目が合うありさま。
正直、部屋代1.2万円の価値はない。1万円以上払うならマホロバに泊ったほうがマシ、民宿なら２食付きの価格。あるいは久里浜や横須賀中央のビジネスホテルにすればいい。間違いなくお勧めしない。

Pros:

ホテル全体に清潔感があって過ごしやすい。海岸に面しており、景観もよい。ただ、屋上のスペースが風が強くて使用できなくなっていた。開放感あるスペースで作業をしようかと思っていたので少し残念。
