Es gab noch laufende Bauarbeiten und vereinzelt Stromkabel die aus der Decke schauten.
Location. Breakfast was good.
The noise. The music the played at the reception at 6.50am for no reason (rooms are just metres away from reception so i had to call them).
Curtains are needed in the rooms since they dont have for all the windows. The bathrooms carpet ( no towels..) please throw them away and replace with washable towels.
Most important, if you are under construccions, it is not nice to have the hotel opened to public. It is so small that you will hear anywhere you are.
Rooms are tiny.
3% comision for paying at the hotel? You are not a little shop doing small business, you rates are are than it should be. Bad.
The breakfast was very nice. You get different choices to choose from. The fresh fruit & yogurt was a bonus. All the staff who worked there were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay. They made me feel welcome straight away.

the staff is a bit fresh starters so sometimes they got confused with the food orders or some small things but they are still super friendly and helpful
a bit weird that you need to select your breakfast in advance for your whole stay day by day (what if I change my mind?)) but maybe it was due to the fact it was during Tet holiday, dunno
The location was great and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast every morning was a really good touch. The room was well kept and so aesthetically pleasing.
Our room was 3 levels up on a tight curving staircase. So going up and down was a bit exhausting.
Beds are comfortable and the reception and breakfast area are beautifully done. BREAKFAST IS REALY GOOD AND DECENT. We asked staffs to help us prepare takeaway breakfasts and they did it promptly. Walking distance to the beach, which is really nice. One of the staffs we met the morning we checked out were actually open and listening.
I looked forward to staying in this hotel because of its beautiful and unique design, and I had even recommended it to many friends before staying here myself. Unfortunately, my first actual experience was DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING. I stayed in female dorm and my boyfriend in mixed dorm because private rooms weren't available the day we came.
The dorm setup feels like AN AFTERTHOUGHT. There is no elevator access for dorm guests, you have to take the lift to another floor and then walk down small stairs to reach the rooms. It already creates a sense of being treated as second-class compared to guests in private rooms.
Except the bed and lockers, the dorm facilities are UNACCEPTABLE. The bathrooms are dirty, with no separate slippers, and the toilet and shower are combined in one completely UNVENTILATED space. Guests walk in with outdoor shoes, leaving the floor wet and filthy. The lack of ventilation makes hot showers suffocating and extremely unpleasant in a shared setting. Meanwhile, the bathroom near the reception area is clearly designed with proper ventilation openings, which only highlights how neglected and poorly thought-out the dorm bathrooms are.
In the mixed dorm, Wi-Fi does not reach the room. Even worse, there was water leaking from the walls near electrical outlets, flooding parts of the floor. This is a serious SAFETY HAZARD.
What made the experience worse was the staff response. The receptionist seemed completely UNAWARE of how serious these issues were and did not take any initiative to resolve them. We were simply told that cleaning staff had left and nothing could be done. Even after escalating to management and mentioning it again the next morning, nothing was addressed. It felt like speaking to someone who neither understood the problem nor had any intention of handling it.
Overall, while the hotel looks great on the surface, the dorm experience is POORLY DESIGNED, POORLY MAINTAINED, and UNSAFE. I felt completely misled.
I liked the fantastic hospitality, free flow of fruits, amazing breakfast and daily change of towel and sheets. Great location too! On the day of my departure, even though I was leaving before breakfast hours, they prepared my breakfast to go!!!!!! Top notch service.
The fact that there are no slippers for those staying in the dorm who are using the common bathroom. The sink also should have been cleaned more often. Would also appreciate if two pillows were provided instead of one.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, greeting and professional. The bed blankets and pillows were the best I've had ever! Breakfast was abundant and worth every penny. Really made my stay in da nang. Thank you Ryan, NGOC, Chanh, Nhan, Phuong. Great time!

Das Hotel/Hostel ist super schon designed. Das Personal ist total hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker! Und es stehen immer frische Früchte bereit, die man sich einfach nehmen kann - das ist wirklich toll. Auch die Hostelzimmer sehen schön aus - sie sind allerdings recht klein - ich glaube vor allem auch durch die Deckenhöhe wirkt es etwas gedrängt. Allerdings müssten die Badezimmer der Hostelgäste wirklich öfter gereinigt werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt hier wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Es ist außerdem kein wirkliches Community Hostel.
Aaaaaalles! Ganz besondere Unterkunft!!! Super Personal! Frühstück bis ins kleinste Detail super! Ich war echt beeindruckt! Super Architektur! Ich werde sicher diese Unterkunft in meinem Leben nicht vergessen! Memory als Name passt perfekt!
Man kann ein wenig die Autos draußen hören - aber man ist in einer großen Stadt und gleich an die Hotpots
