The staff couldn't be more helpful, greeting and professional. The bed blankets and pillows were the best I've had ever! Breakfast was abundant and worth every penny. Really made my stay in da nang. Thank you Ryan, NGOC, Chanh, Nhan, Phuong. Great time!

Nice Hostel/Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel/Hostel ist super schon designed. Das Personal ist total hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker! Und es stehen immer frische Früchte bereit, die man sich einfach nehmen kann - das ist wirklich toll. Auch die Hostelzimmer sehen schön aus - sie sind allerdings recht klein - ich glaube vor allem auch durch die Deckenhöhe wirkt es etwas gedrängt. Allerdings müssten die Badezimmer der Hostelgäste wirklich öfter gereinigt werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt hier wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Es ist außerdem kein wirkliches Community Hostel.

Wow! Wow! Wow! - best Memory in Da Nang

Aaaaaalles! Ganz besondere Unterkunft!!! Super Personal! Frühstück bis ins kleinste Detail super! Ich war echt beeindruckt! Super Architektur! Ich werde sicher diese Unterkunft in meinem Leben nicht vergessen! Memory als Name passt perfekt!

Man kann ein wenig die Autos draußen hören - aber man ist in einer großen Stadt und gleich an die Hotpots

Nicht für Backpacker geeignet !

Für Backpacker ist dieses Hotel/ Hostel komplett ungeeignet ! Die Zimmer sind ultra eng für 6 Personen, dann gehen die Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße raus, weshalb man 24 h lang einem enormen Lärm ausgesetzt ist !
Ich bin 2 Nächte früher gegangen weil ich es nicht ausgehalten habe.

Dann sind die Gemeinschaftduschen die sich auf dem Flur befinden, alles andere als sauber! In den 3 Tagen in denen ich dort war, wurde so gut wie nicht geputzt… stattdessen die Hotelzimmer.. nichtmal neues Toilettenpapier wurde nachgefüllt

Great for a short visit to Da Nang
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. Over all the entire place looks quite nice and new. Great fruit selection for breakfast and also during the day as well a a great location with only a short walking distance to the beach. Staff was always friendly.

Cons:

Out of the several available breakfast options only one is vegetarian. So you end up eating that one for days if you stay longer. Also the room door did not close at all, so you could always hear the guests from downstairs as well. The bathrooms are located in the hallway so for example their hairdryer kept us all up at night.
The bathrooms should be definitely cleaned more regularly and properly.

The staff are superb, but it’s cheap for a reason.
Pros:

The staff are superb. The way they organise everything beforehand is excellent, professional and extremely courteous. All over chat and avoiding endless emails. All hotels should do this.

Cons:

This is through no fault of the staff - the building has zero soft surfaces and is built around an atrium. The rooms face the atrium and as a result, even the slightest of noises travel up through the building and its walls. The doors that open to the central atrium don’t close properly and therefore there’s no way to stop the noise. The music plays until 10pm, people eat and drink way past midnight and then breakfast is being prepared at 6am. With all this noise it’s impossible to get any proper rest. Also, there is no windows in the room only the internal balcony doors and the bed is a mattress on the floor. It all looks nice, but functionally the building is terrible for a hotel.

Worth it if you wish to relax!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. They gave special attention to health, and also gave a detox drink. There were good options, I had the avocado toast with eggs which was amazing. The room was very nice given the location was central. I had asked for a customized bath, and it was so well organized, perfectly on time. It was my birthday week so they also got me a little croissant, that was really sweet of them! Very friendly staff.
