Pros:

Friendly & helpful staffs and very good breakfast

Cons:

The bed that I stayed in was at far corner away from the room’s air-conditioning, so it was warm. Good thing the staff brought a fan for me. Ok but not ideal

Pros:

I highly recommend it, The rooms were clean, the toilets were also , the staff were amazing and they were lovely

If you're looking for a budget stay this is perfect!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! They would ask you to pick your breakfast upon checking in, it was a pretty good selection. Along with that they had free fruits for grab on their counter which was excellent for getting a quick bite before heading out.

Cons:

It was very hot in the dorm, cleanliness wasn't that great. I had a coach crawling on me when I was on my top bed. Pigeons interrupted my sleep the whole night, sounded like they have a nest at their top floor.

Ostello bellissimo, situato in una posizione davvero ottima! Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è circondato da ristoranti e negozi, rendendo tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
La struttura è accogliente e ben curata; lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in (bagagli che ho ritrovato direttamente già in camera - chiusi nell’armadietto personale- al momento del check in).
La colazione è ottima: si può scegliere tra diverse proposte e il servizio è rapido, efficiente e impeccabile.
La camera è spaziosa, con un letto molto grande e davvero confortevole. Come già detto, ogni ospite dispone di un armadietto personale, estremamente capiente. Sullo stesso piano si trovano anche due bagni puliti e funzionali.
Inoltre, la camera è dotata di aria condizionata e ogni letto ha una propria luce e pratici ripiani dove appoggiare oggetti personali, dettagli che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo.

Beautiful detail-oriented boutique design hotel
Pros:

Beautiful boutique design hotel, with a lot of attention to detail. The staff were very friendly, kind, and so accommodating of vegetarian diets for breakfast. The personalization of the experience was a nice touch (shower amenities). The breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is excellent for exploring My Khe beach and the Song Tra Peninsula. The room amenities are great.

Cons:

We stayed in a room near the front of the building and there was quite a bit of noise from the street - I think this is rather unavoidable in a busy city like Da Nang, especially near the beach. There are a few minor elements missing from the room - no full body mirror, or mirror over/near the sink, and no outlets in the bathroom for hairdryer, etc. The plug for the soaker tub also did not close so we were unable to use it. Note that the power in the room is controlled by key card, and the AC will turn off if you take it out when you go out (important during hot weather like now!).

Excellent boutique experience.
Pros:

Well organized and well ran. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. The breakfast provided was incredible value and really good food.

Cons:

All of the stairs to get to the room. Although they had an elevator it wasn't the most convenient.

Pros:

One of the experienced i encounter with great hospitality of the hotel is front desk manager and staff. They helped me when i ran into trouble of loaing my phone in one of the grab during the journey to Marble mountain. They assists me in calling to Grab customer service to retrieve my phone. Due to language constriant, they helped me to talk to the customer service and i managed to get back my phone from the grab driver within few hours. Without their help, i will be having diffiiculty of manage this disaster.

Once again, i appreciated their sympathy and kind heart in helping me during their busy moment managing the hotel works. Really thankful ans i will definately visit the memory hotel again on my next trip.

Cons:

Just need to informed hotel management on the slippery floor on bathroom. Myself almost slipped and fall but didn happened as i managed to grab the wall to balance it. Unfortunately. My wife slipped and fell in front of the basin floor area but luckily she was fine without any injury.

Hope that you can look into this issues and rectify / replace any suitable material to have an anti slip surface to prevent any further incident happened to other guest.
