Choose room with view of the lake
Pros:

Amazing views of the lake and The Remarkables from our room. Staff were welcoming and helpful. 15-min car ride to town centre.

It is a great place for your holiday in Queenstown.
Pros:

The view is fantastic. It is a good pick up location of milford sound day tour. The restaurant food is very good. It is very quiet place.

Will come back again for my next holiday in Queenstown
Pros:

Stunning view both in the room and restaurant, no need to go to any other good location cafe or restaurant.You can find all you need here. Can not miss the breakfast buffet there with stunning view!

Cons:

Lost WIFI connection couple of times in the 2nd night of my stay.

Great location, friendly and generous staff

Cons:

Jacuzi and Sauna timings :) wish it could be until late at night because by the time we returned from activity at 9, it was closed ;(

Drinking water was available from washroom tap.. bit odd due to possible germs in there

Pros:

The room’s basic facilities were in poor condition. The bathroom drainage was very slow, causing serious water buildup, which makes it impossible to shower properly.
The washbasin were cracked, and the cabinet was damaged.
Rooms like this should not have been made available to guests. As a result, we only discovered many inconveniences after checking in and using the facilities, which led to a very poor experience.
