早饭丰富，味道很好，窗边的风景值120分，服务员热情接待，有礼貌"The hotel is super close to the airport and there's a bus stop right downstairs, making it really easy to get to the town center. While the room is on the smaller side, it was nicely warm. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and helpful! The breakfast spread was incredible. We had a fantastic stay here with our kid; highly recommended for families!"

The view was good but the property maintenance needs serious attention!

The view was fantastic

Cons:

Cleanliness, on the second day of the stay, no housekeeping attended and left the room dirty. Also, the carpet edge was coming off and the nails were sticking out from the carpet which stabbed me, my wife and my 11 month daughter. A big safety hazard!! It was fixed the same day but it should have been fixed already before allocating the room to us. Luckily no one got seriously sick so far from the nail stabbing. Very unhappy with the property maintenance.

Pros:

the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. our room had a great view of the lake in queenstown and the value of the room for 1 night was good.

Cons:

the wifi was spotty and cut out at times and the you can see that the room has wear and tear with the door and the chair in the room.
