⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely stay with amazing views
Pros:

We loved the beautiful lake and mountain views, the comfortable room and the warm, friendly service from the whole team. Everyone was so welcoming, from the breakfast and room service staff to Ayushman, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. ❤️

Cons:

Honestly, nothing! We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. ❤️

Great location, facilities and views.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed in a beautiful room with a view of the lake and mountains.

Cons:

Parking fee was only $15 as a IHG member. I can understand charging a fee in peak periods, but not in a shoulder season.

Reasonably comfortable but not ideal for skiing accomodation.
Pros:

Quiet. Beds comfortable. Good shower.

Cons:

I was there for skiing and there was no drying room. The room itself was a bit cold at night. Room was a bit small given we need to store our ski gear in the room as well.

Great, clean, tidy.
Pros:

The place was amazing. It is old, but honestly it was so tidy, clean and in a great location. Buffet breakfast was great. Spa pool area was fun for kids. Bed were super comfy. Bathrooms clean and modern, good show pressure. Was really happy with this place

The staff were friendly , helpful and considerate.

Cons:

The spa facility was closed too early compared to some other places we have been, they open until 11pm
