Good value, friendly staff but quite an old hotel.
Pros:

Very good value, very central. Great entertainment. Staff were friendly. Delicious food.

Cons:

Bedroom was quite cold. No lift to bedrooms. Rocky unstable bar table. Quite difficult to eat as table was too far apart from the seats, with step in between both. Knocked my drink over trying to pull in table for a more comfortable evening. Staff quickly cleaned up, but wasn't offered a replacement drink.

Great location hotel and reasonable pricing and friendly staff
Pros:

Clean room, pleasant staff, great location, good food and car parking at the back.

Cons:

The fact that restaurant was open to public, there were massive queues for breakfast and for lunch. Not very comfortable with so many people running around. We quickly eat our food and left.

Pros:

I have ate here for years and always stunning food . I stayed overnight for the first time and it was just waow . Stunning rooms with little added treats ✨️ . Room service was fab . Staff brilliant. Thank you .

Cons:

Just noisy outside. But it was a weekend and still worth it .

NO SLEEP Local football club dinner dance went on till the early hours of the night
Pros:

Food was good staff frendly rooms clean....

It is now 2.am in the morning and the noise from a local football club dinner dance is so loud that even after getting moved to the top floor of the hotel still can't get to sleep . I was told by the person on reception early in the evining when the band was doing sound checks that it was to finish at 12 midnight.
