Did not get into Saigon appartments was taken to millennium appartments way over priced for that room
I am an American soldier, I sleep outside, in cargo bays, in trucks, no problem. I have never given anything less than a perfect rating, until now. All I need is the basic obligations of the contract satisfied and I give 5/5 stars. This place is run by scammers that stole my money and didn’t give me what I paid for. First, when I arrived to check in they told me the room was under construction and not ready until 9PM. That is ridiculous, they charged me for a full first day and basically stole half of it. Secondly, they failed to mention that this property was undergoing construction. I was NOT given a hotel room, I got a bed in a construction site. I was subjected to insanely loud drilling and hammering on my walls, from 9am to 4pm every day of the week I stayed there. It was so loud I had to use earplugs or it hurt, louder than the inside of a Vietnamese nightclub. I asked them to move me to a different room, they told me too bad. I asked them to stop the noise, they said it’s not their problem. I asked them to give me a discount on the room, they said no. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment building, and they will provide nothing, no cleaning or toiletries or anything, you better bring it all yourself. And if there is any problems, they will take your money and say screw you. I am very tolerant of small issues and people making mistakes… this is the only place I’ve ever been upset at. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay in an actual hotel for the same price. You’ve been warned.
Appartement très salle surtout la sdb avec pleine de moisissures.. literie, draps et couverture sale aussi. Cuisine sale aussi et manque cuillères, verres, tasse à thé... canapé horrible avec des ressorts qui ressortent ! Les chambres sont petites. l'emplacement est bien situé, pas loin du centre de Saïgon.. nous avions demandé un changement de chambre mais aucun signe... Séjour horrible dans cet appartement. Nous le déconseille fortement !

The accommodation was great. The location is convenient for easy access to the attractions in D1. Convenience store just downstairs and local market nearby with only 5 minutes walk. I really like tropical fruit and Vietnamese food.I will choose again to stay here

The room was clean and tidy it had all amenities you would expect for a self-contained apartment, we used both the gym and the pool which were of a good standard and not too busy, decent location only a few minutes taxi ride to markets 10 minutes to opera house Defiantly recommend.
The good: Location- you have everything downstairs, a mini supermarket, two convenience stores and even a pharmacy. The building is also a short 15 minute drive to D1. Safety- Security guards were friendly and you need a keycard for a specific floor so there is that added layer of safety.
