Only a small number of car parks, you need to come early to get one. That is advertised but it was certainly correct. I did get a park so was lucky 😎

Lovely staff, great upgrade room, short walk to town.
Pros:

We upgraded to a room with a view and paid extra for it. The suite was excellent and spacious with its own washing machine which came in handy

Cons:

Expensive but think that is perhaps partly Queenstown. We had a couple of niggles with some items in the room but they were fixed very quickly so not a big negative. Like many hotels the bars close early (about 9pm) although a member of staff can get you a drink if you want one.

Très bon emplacement proche du centre, la vue est magnifique et le brunch était bon. Le laundry mis à disposition est pratique.

A well located hotel for visiting Queenstown and its surroundings
Pros:

Queenstown is a tourism magnet. One must expect to pay a high end price for your hotel room.
Given the high price, the hotel is great: very helpful staff, underground parking, good size room, quiet private patio, great bed, good bathroom, free laundry facilities.

Home away from home
Pros:

Wonderful location with Queenstown on your doorstep and lovely views of the surrounding mountains.
Very comfortable and warm with bathrobes and slippers that make you feel at home. Beds are perfectly made with crisp sheets for a good night sleep. Love sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink and nibbles in the sun with friends.

Great hotel stay in Queenstown
Pros:

The room was very clean, good amount of space for a hotel room. Great size bathroom with a spa bath, well needed after hiking. The hotel also has a sauna and gym which we enjoyed using. The view of Queenstown hill and gondola was a bonus!

Cons:

Location wise it is a 10 minute or so walk into town, we stayed at other places that had a better location, but the price paid was worth the walk.
