Excellent facilities, but stay too short! :-(
Pros:

We received an unexpected upgrade to an apartment, which had a fabulous view. We were sorry that we had only reserved for one night!

Very disappointing. Also, to note that the complex is at the top of a steep hill running down to the town centre.

It is a busy hotel/motel complex

Cons:

We had booked a self-contained apartment so that we would be able to self cater during our two days stay. But without any warning, we were allocated an apartment we are both the hob and the oven were out of order, unusable, and potentially dangerous. An email to the manager seeking an explanation remains unanswered to this day. Very poor management and very poor value for money.

Huge apartment , everything you needed and more. Comfortable bed, balcony .

Sofa could do with replacing , leather suite but stained.

Pros:

Wir hatten das größere Apartment gebucht, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und großartige Aussicht auf den See und die Stadt. Tiefgarage war ideal, Stadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar

It’s ok if you just want to stay somewhere close to the Queenstown centre. However, don’t expect too much
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the city centre.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was on the first floor and was a bit depressing in the corridor. Also the layout was a bit weird since two rooms will be shared another main door together. So if you would like to sleep in, you might hear the cleaning noise from next door in the morning.
