Stay ruined by building works
Pros:

The staff were warm and helpful

Cons:

There was building work during our stay which we were not advised about before.

It ruined the experience having to walk through a building site to get to the room. The room next to us was being renovated which meant it was loud in the day and we had a baby who needed to sleep so this wasn't ideal.

I'm disappointed the hotel still charged full price given the disruption and we probably won't be staying here again.

Great location. The walk up the hill may be challenging for some. Rooms nice and big . Great view out my window

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean the bathroom had a shower and tub and everything looked recently renovated. We stayed here for our wedding and I had hair and make up done in the room there was lots of space for the stylist to set up and the room had excellent natural lighting.
The location was perfect only a 5 min walk to the town centre. Would absolutely book again

Central hotel with mountain views
Pros:

Amazing central hotel with lovely mountain views. Large room with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been on. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though some maintenance works were being done we couldn’t hear or see any of it. Loved that the bathroom had high quality soaps and even body cream.
