Great shower pressure and comfortable beds.
We had to wait nearly an hour for the room to be ready. I booked two double beds but there was only one king on arrival which meant we had to wait longer for the beds to be split into two singles instead. One complementary beverage for the delay, so only for one of us which was odd.
Only one very thin blanket on the beds, no duvet. Phoned reception to order more, didn't come to correct room, had to ring back. Took a while. Broken cupboards, squeaky doors. Could do with a bit of TLC. Average buffet. Expensive for what you get for your money but amazing location if you're wanting close to the shopping centre.

The bedroom was very comfortable, I really enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is well situated, walking distance to the center of town and the Queenstown gardens.
There was a persistent hum in the background around the bedroom. The restaurant in the hotel is not so great, there are a lot of better ones in Queenstown.

Carpet was wet on arrival call front desk and said was cleaned , but i had to put a rug off the bed down as it was right next to bed and stayex wet the whole 3night's that we stayed there.. no one bothered to check with us if it dried up..

I liked everything about the room itself (have left 10 out of 10 review for 5 nights in a different 'courtyard' view room.
I really did not like being in a Mountain View Room that was more expensive that the other room I had been in. This one is directly about the footpath below and overlooking road/intersection. There was so much noise from traffic that I could not get to sleep until after it settled down, then woke early with morning traffic. It would seem like the windows are not double-glazed for noise reduction. Not pleasant to sit on the balcony overlooking road and traffic. It was my last night before heading home, having stayed in a different room for 5 nights previous to this one. I really disliked this particular room for that reason only. All else fine.

A well appointed spacious suite, that catered for all our needs.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Perhaps the noise of traffic in early hours of the morning, as our suite faced a main road.
Stuff, cleanliness, comfort in the apartment
I loved pretty much everything about this room. I was not expecting the view, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The balcony was great; I used the kitchen most nights; everything was super clean - there was even a shoe shine in the bedroom wardrobe which I made use of and appreciated. First night I was tired from the travelling to get there and ordered room service - it came quite quickly, and was on a lovely tray with a linen serviette, presented beautifully and the meal was lovely. Appreciated the double blinds on the floor to ceiling windows. It was quiet in my room, so no problem getting to sleep or just relaxing. Bathroom great, hot water comes through quickly, there's a heater on the wall and a towel rail heater - even a bath! The bed was comfy. Extra blanket provided. Air con in the living area and wall heater in the bedroom. Loved the open fire and bar area in reception. Love the decor of room and reception. Great position, short walk to everything.
It took a little bit to get used to a bit of a 'rabbit warren' getting to my room, but I got the hang of it and reception provided a little map - I still found it a bit tricky the first couple of times. But no big deal really as everything else was perfect.
