Great location , very nice room and view
Pros:

Great hotel , clean and not far from the city center, I can recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Plus extra laundry machine and dryer makes our stay enjoyable.

Nice place in Queenstown but pricey
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, the Renarkable room is what we had that we felt is a time share setup. If you like hiking to and from the hotel lobby to your room this place is further you. Great views of the lake and mtns. Breakfast is included. Not the cleanest as far as hallways walkways etc but the room was very nice and large.
A bit pricey though as it was summer season. At $600.00 US per night I'll look harder next time.

Pros:

Great location. Amazing views. Spacious apartments with nice parking facilities. Nice kitchen area and beds were comfy.

Cons:

Bathroom has no fan and floor was a bit mildewy. AC was subpar. Kitchen rubbish bin was in a closet which smelled bad.

Huge one bed apartment very central with views
Pros:

Huge one bed apartment with view of the lake and mountain. We were lucky to get a corner apartment with sun on the balcony too!

Very comfortable bed & pillows

Kitchen fully equipped plus washing machine and dryer was really helpful.

Easy walk downhill to town and the lake. Harder walk back up the steep hill!

Would definitely stay again

Fabulous suite with amazing view
Pros:

The apartment was brilliant. What a view over Queenstown and the lake! The suite was immaculate and huge with a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The underground parking was free. Best place we have stayed during 4 weeks in New Zealand.

Absolutely Fantastic!
Pros:

This was our first hotel in New Zealand, and it spoiled us for the rest of the trip! We loved having the room to spread out with the suite and everything was so comfortable. The bed was perfect after a long two days of flights to get here and they have great pillows as well. The full kitchen is super helpful if you want to make breakfast or other meals, although Queenstown has some great dining options. The bathroom is spacious and clean as well. Our only complaint is that the shower door is not sealed, so water leaks out and gets the floor wet. We just put the bathmat down *after* we showered so it would soak up all the water and keep us from slipping. I think a little bit of sealing on the shower door would help with that issue.
Otherwise, a great stay!
