Great location, friendly staff, a bit outdated, good parking, LOUD
Cons:

A bit outdated. The plumbing was very noisy and a bit inefficient. The location was noisy, you could hear a lot of street noise as people were leaving the bar area !

Room was incredible hot and no way to cool it. There was also a lot of traffic noise in our room hampered by the fact we had to leave the window and upstairs balcony door open to try and get air.
