Pros:

The room we stayed at had great views of the city, it was spacious, with a separate floor with a kitchenette, dining table, tv and sofa. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. All staff were kind and helpful. The location is very central, easy walk to the city centre and many nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had limited choices and lacked fresh fruit. Paid parking was a little expensive ($25 per day).

A bit average
Pros:

Nice room, two double beds, one of which was completely stuffed, lumpy, side had collapsed so it was like sleeping on a slope. Also our room was right next to the elevator and you could hear the gears grinding up and down late at night. In the morning it was luggage click clacking over the timber floor near the elevator, and gears starting really early.. The restaurant "port o call", don't bother.. on a plus the staff where nice, good location, I'd go back again but not stay in that room

Outstanding staff
Pros:

The most accomodating staff who went over and above to help me. Outstanding brekky and dinner too.
The bed was one of the most comfy I have ever slept in. I cannot wait to go back.

Pros:

Hotel was fine, location good, parking easy.

Cons:

Room temperature was difficult to regulate, shower had great pressure, but beware - redirect theshower head before turning on! A small ice tray would be appreciated.

Fabulous
Pros:

We have had a great 2 day stay couldn't fault anything
Staff friendly obliging and helpful.
Rooms clean with everything you need. The bed so comfortable.
We will be back.
