Okay but wouldn’t come back based on last stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Stains on drapes, bathroom had flaking paint and what looked like mould in the bathroom, and average ventilation

Would probably stay somewhere next time visiting Dunedin.
Pros:

It was warm and secure, beds were always tidy and towels changed. Walking distance from town.

Cons:

Some of the young staff lacked customer service, didn’t really want to help. Paid Parking was out doors. Breakfast was not the best for the price paid, young staff did really seem like they wanted to help.

Staff are super freindly, professional, and helpful. The standard of all their facilities is very high. I have stayed there a number of times over the years and I am never disappointed.
