It was fine but starting to feel a little overpriced now

Always a good location and plenty of nearby parking

Cons:

Breakfast staff was rude and very busy we had to come back for a table room wasn’t the cleanest an starting to feel quite dated

Met expectations and would return.
Pros:

Great location close to the city centre, comfortable clean rooms and very spacious. Considerate facilities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

Slightly dated decor and electrics, breakfast was mass produced, plentiful but not the highest quality.

Served its purpose
Pros:

Staff were great ,location great ,and it was clean lovely old building ,great view

Cons:

Unfortunately my bed was very hard and uncomfortable had to put pillows underneath.We normally get a king bed but the twin beds were more reasonable.We were on the right of reception past the casino 6th floor view great but no air con and no double glaze very noisy

The team were lovely.

Cons:

Sadly our room had a very musty smell like mould. Housekeeping tried to sort it out but were unable to remove the odour which was coming from the bathroom. Its a bit dated.
