Good location. Very quiet hotel. For it being on a very busy street. Time Hortons and burger king near by.
No pool and hot tub available due to renovations happening did not know this till aftervthe booking was made
Just passing thru on Trans Canada highway and pretty much first one we saw. Front desk guy was good, room clean, bed hard competitive pricing. Breakfast ok.
The staff were great -- friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They definitely put the "hospitable" in "hospitality." Our beds were comfortable, AC worked, and breakfast was very good. The location is good for visitors: easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, with stores and restaurants nearby. Wascana Park is just up the road, and the grandkids loved the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and Saskatchewan Science Centre, both of which were easy to find from the hotel. Despite the glitches, we would stay there again.
The biggest problem was that the "handicap room" we were assigned was a fiction. Yes, it had an emergency phone in the bathroom, but that was it: a room with a tub is not handicap-accessible. The staff were able to move us to the property's ONLY handicap-accessible room after the first night, which was appreciated if an added inconvenience.
We had one other significant concern: we returned after a long day out to find that one of our two rooms had been left propped open by housekeeping. Fortunately nothing was missing, and the manager did his best to "make it right," but... yikes!
The swimming pool was closed, but the property gave us fair advance notice and did their best to provide alternatives. Alas, public swims at Regina pools are few and far between because of lessons and other booked programs.
Close to where we were traveling through. Accepted dogs.
Tim Hortons nearby-walking distance.
Friendly helpful front desk letting us out and in to the building when I took the dogs out late at night —one puppy
Construction—not property’s fault.
Cross traffic coming through fast to apartments next door. A bit treacherous getting behind building to neighborhood to walk our dogs.
The staff was so kind , the breakfast was so good. The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean
The shower head wouldn’t stay up so it was waste high and had to be held to shower
Every staff was nice and professional. Ready and willing to assist when necessary.
Parking lot needs more lighting
Location
Room was clean
Cleaning staff were so friendly
Tired looking
Convenient location. Lots of amenities nearby. Good value. Clean.
No really good place to walk my dog. My fault should have looked into that more. Lots of construction happening next door.
We have stayed many times. Great location near transcanada and Keg in parking lot.
Breakfast not great.
Nice staff
Didn't know until 2 days before that the pool and hot tub were closed. Still haven't got my bill through email.
The parking lot is very congested when driving a truck
Was clean.
There was a hockey team there. Parents drinking in the lobby in the evening Than in the morning the kids playing hockey in the hallways. Yelling around.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
They were doing Reno’s - zero compensation for lack of pool, workout area, bathrooms or hot breakfast.
We had Luke warm water at best in our room.
