Ramada by Wyndham Prince Albert

The hotel was booked through booking.com and we received a confirmation email, with a confirmation number, from Ramada. When we arrived at the facility, the manager and the front desk person informed us that there were no rooms available. The whole point of a paid in advance reservation and a confirmation is that there will be a room when you get to your destination. The managers were defensive and evasive about why this had happened. You have a very poorly run hotel here in Prince Albert Saskatchewan.

There was a pile of laundry on the floor in the hallway, I had to put all my weight on the door to get it to lock properly, the tub in the bathroom leaked so much that it would have filled the tub in a couple of hours, the fridge smelled like rotten milk. The bedside tables were sticky, there is no soundproofing- I could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. I could hear doors slamming all night. If you want a peaceful night then do not stay here.

No conditioner oh the bathroom. Paid on line on PayPal and was charged bunch of different charges on my credit card when checking in. On Sunday went down for breakfast at about 8:45 and there was no bacon muffins or cinnamon rolls. The tables were all dirty and when I went to the front desk to see if anyone was working the breakfast there was about 3or4 staff laughing and visiting behind the desk. When I went and asked someone finally went over to fill up the empty container. There were a lot of people waiting for food also not just me.

No smoke detector
The ac had exposed wires (fire hazard)
There was food still in the drawers
The chairs were broken
The bed sheets had stains
There were holes in the wall
Garbage under the bed
Tv was broken (unusable remote)
The manager was a liar and was not very nice

Same menu in breakfast everyday

The pool smelled bad.
The room smelled musty.
Weird strange good of people that hang around in the from and in the lobby; they were scary.

Hygiene has dropped & quality of the breakfast.

During the stay we had multiple issues, walking into the suite after a super long drive we noticed there were pubic hairs on the toilet and hair in the bathtub, I really wanted to take a bath but was unable to do so because there wasn't a drain stopper, my partner went to the lobby to see if someone could get us one so we could regrettably use the bathtub. While my partner was down in the lobby, I looked into the drain and it was FULL of hair. Disgusting... The front desk person sent someone to get us a drain stopper but never came by with it. We had to shove a rag down the drain so we could have a bath. Once the rag was removed it was so brown and had hair stuck on it from the drain. So foul...

There is a BIG intoxication issue in the building/parking lot. Tons of homeless people and drunks hanging around, sleeping by the cars. We felt so unsafe with our regular possessions in the vehicle that we brought everything up. My partner was getting harassed by homeless/intoxicated people outside of the hotel while he was having a smoke.

On one of the mornings there was a homeless man in the breakfast room, taking quite literally, all the food. My partner and I were only able to get a bagel and 2 pieces of bacon before going forward with our road trip.

There was a pool, waterslide and hot tub advertised on booking.com, the pool is green and has a film on top of it. My partner and I walked by it and saw a little kid (probably around 3-4 years old) swimming in the pool while his mother was sitting on the chair nodding off from intoxication.
There was no hot tub too, it was sealed in. Waterslide removed as well.

The parking lot is a complete mess too, full of pot holes and garbage.

Overall a filthy location and a waste of money.

Shower wand was broken. Door was sticky.

The room service was not great phone was broken my bed sheets were not changed there was hair on the pillow cases still
