Pros:

The staff are easy to talk to.

Cons:

The pool wasn't very clean, and the Jacuzzi was under renovation. The ceiling leaked, and the towels were pretty old – you had to go to the front desk to ask for them, which can be inconvenient, especially if you're wet. The floor by the front desk was also wet, and it took a while to get mopped up.The room smelled odd as soon as we opened the bedsheet, which had a stain, and the bathroom was worn out.

Disappointed
Pros:

I liked that the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like that the breakfast was awful. Not many options, and the "hot foods" that were made were terrible.

The hotel accommodations states it has a pool and hottub. The hottub does NOT exist and the pool water was GREEN 🤢 gag! Disgusting!

Our bathroom door in our room did not close all the way, and rhe carpets had disgusting blood like stains and gum on the carpet. Again gag!

Cons:

The couch had no sheets nor blankets. I had requested them at the front desk, only for them to tell me, ask housekeeper, I did so I waited and waited.
I also asked for two beds and the desk person said you asked for a sofa and a bed.
I also asked and asked for towels.

Cons:

Hot tub and pool looked like a murder scene!! Caution ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ tape all around.
Definitely not what it shows on the app..also fire alarm keeps getting pulled..fist fight beside my truck at 3a.m ...worst hotel experience of my life.

Nicer than the people staying there
Pros:

It was clean everybody was nice enough also there was a security guard just hanging out which made me feel safer

Not very exciting
Pros:

Friendliness of the front desk and all staff.

Cons:

Shower utterly uncomfortable, saw kids putting back used sausage in the chafing dish in the breakfast time, loud noises in the hallway at night time, people running on the floor above
