Breakfast ran out of food on some things. Orange juice tasted like it was watered down
Parking lot is a disaster
Room had cold air coming from heater when heat was on. Fan in bathroom was noisy when it wasn’t on due to wind outside. Hallways were cold
Natives showing his penis to my 9 year out daughter. Junkies doing meth in lobby, parking lot like a building site. Dirty room. If this is what a ramada is supposed to represent. I dont want to see a bad hotel..we thought we were in Baghdad. Muslim standards are below par

Location. Beds super comfortable and clean
Toilets too low. Didn’t clean room and refill. Was ok with not replacing linens but expected garbage and items to be refilled

I canceled the booking was told I’d still be charged 400$ then I was charged 777$
I was charged before I even arrived. I requested the pay on arrival but was charged the day I booked and also for an amount that was incorrect instead of the 600$ my booking was for I was charged 1500 from my previous booking. They cancelled my booking and I was forced to find other rooms. They tied up my cc for 7 days with erroneous charged. I'm not using booking ever again they have no support for such problems or way to reach anybody.

No cable in room 1 French channel. Was charged for stay before I even arrived after I specified pay at hotel, had my second reservation cancelled by hotel because they tried charging me the same price as last time.

I don't like how the feel they can charge your stay before you even arrive. I specified pay at the hotel a fact lost on the management they charged my credit card 1500$ even though my rooms only came to 600?????? The ignorance shown by the staff is regrettable as the entitlement shows through their attitude and the favoritism towards their own race is quite evident
Always welcoming the staff are very helpful making the stay nice. Rooms are always clean

Location, staff were friendly
We were upgraded to a king room, room only had 1 face cloths and two towels. We were two adults and 1 child.
There was no bedding for the pull out sofa, crumbs on the floor near the small kitchen. 1 coffee pod, and 6 packs of sugar. The pool is very dirty, it has very little water, they took out the hot tub. No clean towels in the pool area and nowhere to put your used towels. This location has gone downhill

No regular housekeeping.
Location was okay for other services. Homeless, & criminals or potential for criminality appeared every where. One female continued to stagger through parking lot. Not sure for prostitution, break & entering vehicles, free food or all of the above. I was quite concerned for the safety of my truck & trailer. Security was frequently seen in the lobby, sitting around looking at his cell phone. I WOULD AVOID
The room carpet flooring THROUGHOUT was wet. No idea why. The bathroom shower curtain had a good sized yellow, pee, or rust type stain in it. The air conditioner didn’t do a reasonable job of keeping the room at desired temperatures. Television did not function until we, the PAYING CLIENT had to sort it out. CLEANING STAFF, this is a simple review before leaving room.
The breakfast was reasonable except for burnt eggs, limited bacon, staff were not attending the breakfast room but hanging out with front desk staff most of the time.
