Location and comfortable
None
The location is right next to Yale University and the parking situation makes the stay very easy.
Conveniently located to the centre. Spacious rooms. Perfect for a short stopover.

Great location
Bed was comfortable
The room smells weird, like a vacuum cleaner was burning. They charged $24 for parking without saying anything about it. I don't mind if I have to pay for it but if you don't mention it, I imagine it's complimentary. No breakfast was included also...
I've been in better hotels for the same price and they offered breakfast and free parking
I think if they are gonna charge you for something they should mention it, at least
We liked the layout and amenities including a laundry room.
Some bathroom caulking needs redone.
Close to downtown restaurants and attractions, and College Street Music Hall, which was our destination. Parking with bridge was convenient.

Clean, ice machine worked
Fridge didn’t work
Super noisy- drag racing out on the streets late at night
No conditioner- 2 body wash bottles
AC was very loud
For the price it wasn’t worth it
The front staff friendliness is next level. Amazing 🤩
