Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Haven, Connecticut. It is truly one of the best places to stay. I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my time there. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional, which made my stay even more pleasant. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Bad experience
Pros:

The property is completely run down and in need for complete renovation. The rooms are in bad shape and there is bad smell in the rooms. Very poor standard and not a value for money at all.

Very comfortable stay, friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

Large spacious lobby, nice feeling of space throughout the hotel. It was a huge bonus for us that there was a guest laundry.

mmmmm they had beer on tap i guess. thats new for me. not enough to make me come back but i like it for real.

Cons:

it was cool. room was basic so nothing to rant or rave about. one of the desk ladies must've been having a bad day or something but whatever everyone else was fine. no breakfast is crazy. especially when you advertise for a breakfast time but you go annnd its a microwave black coffee and stuff for sell. honestly im more upset about the breakfast than anything if they gave me some crappy eggs and some burnt toast id have been thrilled with my stay.
