it was comfortable and near to Yale University. Excellent staff.

the marketplace items were plentiful. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room was as described & enjoyable. I appreciated the discounts to near by restaurants & convenie
Pros:

Loved the location, parking access, room

Cons:

That I couldn't have the light on in the bathroom w/o the fan on. The hvac system was loud & I didn't have alot of control w the temp. I also didn't expect to pay for parking - when staying someplace I do expect to be able to park my vehicle @ no extra cost to me because I'm already paying to stay there.

Cons:

RUMORE FORTISSIMO E INCESSANTE DURANTE LA NOTTE.
Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo, caro per il tipo di struttura e i servizi.
Il parcheggio, nonostante il costo delle camere, è a pagamento e a ben 24€ a notte!

No late check out
Different information about parking rates; when I parked they said I’d be fine until 3pm but in the morning a different person said I need to be out by noon or I have to pay ah extra fee. I explained what I had been told and they honored it but they should not do that.
