Amazing 🤩

Love the location only 15 Minutes from greyhound station central located literally 5 minutes from the green In New Haven close to lots of
Restaurants and bars atm 🏧 on site beds comfortable it was perfect

Pros:

Check in was amazing - I wish I caught the woman’s name working the front desk. She was fantastic. Room had a few stains on the bed frame and sticky remote but otherwise very clean and relaxing. Central to Yale.

Nice hotel, convenient location, SUPER LOUD night club next door
Pros:

First time in New Haven, here for a USA regional fencing tournament. Nice lobby with snacks/drinks for purchase. Hotel staff are friendly and provided great info about the area & things to do. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is very clean. Beds are comfy. SmartTV & mini-fridge all in working order. However, there was no mention on the hotel website or room description or during the call when we spoke to a live person & made the reservation, that right next door to the hotel is a SUPER LOUD NIGHTCLUB. Don’t get me wrong, if you are here to party, no problem. But when you have to be up for your kid’s 6:30 am fencing tournament, this is a REALLY horrible location. I called the front desk and asked to switch for a room on the opposite side of the hotel but was told all rooms are sold out. They did offer to call me if someone doesn’t check in. But that was at 10:40pm. It’s now 12:04am, my son has his noise cancelling headphones on trying to sleep, and I’m laying here in the dark with 3 pillows over my head and phone screen glowing in my face that’s full of tears because all I want to do is go to sleep but the thumping bass continues to torture the bowels of my soul.

New Haven visit
Pros:

The New Haven Hotel was perfect for our New Haven visit. It was so close to Yale campus and walkable to some great pizza spots! The hotel team was great and helped us find things to do and gave great directions.
The hotel was clean and is a gem compared to some of the other big name hotels in town. They even had great breakfast offerings in their lobby market which was perfect for us.
We will definitely be back.
