Nice room

Made the online reservation based that this hotel had an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi in the room. When I went to check in, found out that the pool was closed for the rest of the summer. Highly disappointed. Then after checking in, the clerk stated, I hope you are ok that the room does not have air conditioning! What? The heat index is over 100 and I'm old. Of course, I'm not okay with that. He then checks the room and comes back to say it was working. Hands me the keys and I find out that air is blowing, but it's hot air. Not even close to cool. I go back and he tells me there are no other rooms with a jacuzzi. I ask for a refund, but he tells me there are no refunds given. Finally, I ask him to call a manager. No manager on the premises. He will talk to her tomorrow. What? I want a manager now! He calls her on the phone. The manager "finds" a room with a jacuzzi, but little did we know, the jacuzzi didn't even work when I tried it a couple hours after checking in. Terrible guest services, I didn't even mention the non-working jacuzzi jets until checking out at the desk. The person checking me out didn’t even apologize. She just said they would fix it before the next check in. I will never stay here again. Horrible guest satisfaction. No refund could be given. No compensation for non-working amenities. People that really don't care in making customers happy.

I tried to be refunded because I wasn't happy with the stay there at all. There was body fluids on the headboard, discolored a/c unit from smoke, musty smoke smell, curtains hanging off the track, Marijuana smell in the hallways, security doors being propped open from easy entrance by patrons off the street, the service was crap, the food made me sick, and the staff didn't know where anything was. I needed extra pillows because the bed was super hard. It was just a bad time all around.

This location is perfect. Close to fine dinning and shopping. Sandi and her staff always ensure we are very comfortable and pleased with our room. A great place to stay.

Price for hotel very reasonable. Staff welcomed me upon arrival. Breakfast staff was preparing food far earlier than service time. Food was hot. Excellent

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.
The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was ok but they served gravy but no biscuits, would have liked eggs. What they did have was good just wished for more to choose from. Everything else was exceptional

I will be calling for a full refund of my stay. For two straight nights your staff allowed people to scream and yell in the pool area and disturb everyone from sleeping. The pool closes at 10 and on Friday night they were allowed to scream yell and curse until 2 am. I called 3 times down to the front desk and they didn’t do anything. I told them they should call the cops and kick them out of the hotel and they didn’t do anything. The next morning the parking lot was an absolute disgrace with jugs of alcohol all over the parking lot and there was urine all by my car. Then the next evening the same exact group was up until FOUR in the morning revving their car engine and squealing their tires while yelling ace screaming and jumping into the pool. I tried to speak to your staff and they seemed only sorry. Any other hotel would have either got them into their rooms, kicked them out or called the police. This was the worst stay I have had ever.

The hotel was great but in the room there is no place to hang jackets/clothes that need to be hung. The maintenance in the room was not kept up lights burned out faucets and toilets running and leaking

Reserved the hot tub room and it was givin to another guest, no compensation. Plenty of other hotels to chose instead of this one

The lobby is not air conditioned. Hotel check in took like 10 minutes. front desk guy had to call the owner for every little thing. The first room we got was locked from the inside. Went back down to lobby the worker tried to shimmy the lock. We were worried that someone was in there. We got a new room which was 82°F. There was hair on the beds and the pillows smelled bad like they weren’t even washed. We wanted to cancel and they kept asking if we wanted a new room which of course at the point we didn’t want to stay at all.
