Nous sommes contents de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Vue sur la place Figueira est magnifique. Monika qui travaille à la réception est souriante, aimable, compétente. La chambre est propre.

Cons:

La femme de chambre oublie souvent de renouveler les produits dans la chambre. Elle a oublié de l'eau, des sachets de thé, des gobelets, une fois, elle a même pris par erreur notre carte pour l'électricité.

Very enjoyable , we had very friendly staff both at reception area and also serving food and drink.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, always professional but also very amenable and ready to help with any questions.
Helped us by giving advice for visiting certain places.

LISBON is truly wonderful! But the My Story Hotel FIGUEIRA made my business trip WOW!
Pros:

A wonderful property located in one of Lisbon's most beautiful squares. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and offer a stunning view over Lisbon and the square itself. The location is excellent, being close to the metro, essential services and tram stops. It also features parking facilities, which is a great plus if needed. There is an adjoining Italian restaurant for those seeking high-quality cuisine. Truly a top-tier hotel!

NOTHING. Everything was fine and excellent!

Don’t let your guard down, even inside the hotel lobby!
Pros:

Great location for touring the center. Very clean.

Cons:

While checking out in lobby of hotel, person off street walked inside and stole my daughter’s purse, which contained all of her identification, credit cards, and Passport!! Shocking that this happened! More security is necessary.

Hôtel très bien situé, avec un emplacement exceptionnel, parfait pour visiter Lisbonne à pied. Personnel amical. Hôtel moderne et tès propre. Nous avons même reçu des œufs en chocolat à l’occasion de Pâques : une belle attention !
