Pros:

The location is perfect to assess the main tourist area in Lisbon. The staff were really friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for the city. They also were able to fulfill the request of an earlier checkin.

Vier gelungene Tage in Lissabon!
Pros:

Exzellente Lage, angenehm und verkehrsgünstig für Fußwege und U-Bahn/Busse; ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Lissabon zu entdecken. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr gutes Restaurant - vom kleinen Imbiss bis zum Menü.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung: In unserem Zimmer fehlen Kleiderhaken (keine Möglichkeit, eine feuchte Jacke außerhalb des Schranks aufzuhängen), und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es wäre schön, wenn es in einem Doppelzimmer nicht nur einen, sondern zwei Stühle gäbe.

A good place to be at my Story Hotel Figueira
Pros:

Excellent bfast, especially the fried eggs. Cheese wasn’t that great. Coffee was cold. Other than that, it was ok.

Amazing location, clean, safe, comfortable. Excellent experience. Lovely street view. Early check in was allowed since unit was available.

Cons:

Room faced a tram line. You get a little more street noise and tram noise. Ear plugs for light sleepers required. Trade off for convenient location.

The hotel was very clean and has an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided our room earlier than the scheduled check-in time, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
