Pros:

Beautiful rice terrace garden, free massage (30 min)

Cons:

Expensive restaurant. Noisy hallway at our room.
There were no reading lights at the bedside, only bright ceiling lights.

Pros:

Le lit très confortable, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement au calme mais à 10 mn (scooter) du centre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux mais il faut penser à commander les différents plats que le service ne pense pas à proposer.

Cons:

La suite qui nous a d’abord été attribuée était très sombre, la terrasse en rdc donnait sur une sorte de jungle. Nous avons demandé à changer ce qui a été accepté sans problème. Malheureusement il ne restait qu’une chambre dans l’annexe qui ressemble à un motel décati. La pièce était vraiment laide mais nous avions vue sur le coucher de soleil.

Beautiful and quiet place with lovely people
Pros:

It’s very lovely and tucked away. There are lots of jungle noises which I loved. Otherwise it’s very quiet. Everyone on staff was helpful and kind. Loved the bathroom with the big tub and the pool.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that they charge too much for the yoga shala. We negotiated a lower rate once at the hotel for one hour. As soon as the hour was up someone came to ask us to leave. Literally not one other person used it the entire 5 days we were there. There is no other space at the hotel to gather. We were saying our goodbyes and had to cut it short or they wanted to charge more. It seemed very silly.

Staff molto cortese e disponibile, colazione ottima e camera grande e pulita con tantissime amenities.

Cons:

Non centralissima, costringe a dover usare sempre motorino/taxi per spostarsi, loro però offrono sia noleggio di motorini che drivers/escursioni.

We love the place, the people are very accommodating and welcoming, and all the food that we ate was exceptional delicious. As my partner is celebrating his birthday during our stay, they gave him a complimentary whole cake and the they sang happy birthday.

Cons:

The shower head is too low, and you need to hold it while showering.

Pros:

I stayed here for second time and when back to Ubud i wouls probably chose th same hotel again.
Location is great and calm, very mice environment, pools ans everything you need.

Cons:

Restaurant has room for improvement.
Couple of years ago I remeber they had buratta salad which were so amazing, so was expecitng very nice meals this time too.
However, when ate at the restauranr salmon was dry, but chicken wings were perfect. So 50/50.
Breakfast I also remeber being better quality in the past.
