Fabulous! Great location too!
Pros:

The beds were amazing, but especially the staff was truly helpful when we left some medication in our rooms and they facilitated the delivery to our next hotel stay. We really appreciated the help with that.

Beautiful hotel! would 100% recommend and would be back!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel!!!! The room we stayed in was stunning! We had a wonderful stay, the bed was massive, the towels were bath sheets so actually went round your whole body and there was complimentary bath robe and slippers. Even the little details like an umbrella in your room, a coffee pod machine, bottles of water. Bed was super comfy as was the pillows! couldn't fault it at all!

Cons:

Can't really fault anything in the hotel, although having to park in the multi storey across from the hotel was a slight pain (and a bit expensive even with the hotel validation) but you would find that in any city centre hotel!

Pros:

The bar staff are lovely and so friendly. We had a steak baguette which was lovely although the fries had been recycled and cold which was a shame

Great night’s stay in the city centre.
Pros:

Great location, handy to a lot of bars and restaurants. Super clean and tidy. Stunning room, comfortable bed and brilliant shower. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We parked in the car park directly across the road and the hotel validated our ticket so we could get a cheaper overnight rate. 10/10 stay and would return again in future

Pros:

Great location with a very pleasant room, clean, nice bathroom. Staff were lovely and breakfast was ideal. I can absolutely recommend this hotel and intend to return quite soon.

Cons:

There is a slight bit of faffing about to avail of the parking arrangements. Not a dealbreaker.

Brooks Hotel is comfortable and well located with very friendly staff. I will be back.
Pros:

Missed breakfasts because of other commitments. Had one dinner which was very good.

Room was refurbished well.bathroom terrific. Room safe could be improved to digital.

No gym, but I knew that.

The hotel is lovely and staff so so nice

Cons:

We were in a front room the first night but had to be asked to be moved on Saturday as the noise coming from surrounding streets and nightclubs and bars was absolutely horrendous. Not as bad the second night as we were able to be moved to a room at back of hotel. This was the same when we stayed in November 25 and we didn’t get a wink of sleep until after 3am any night. Would really deter us from staying again unfortunately

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The service was wonderful. Everybody is very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Location is wonderful. Property is very clean.
