Wonderful stay- hope to return.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff from reception to valet parking attendants to food service. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Loved the outdoor patio with propane heaters to enjoy the cool evening.

Very clean. Excellent location, walking distance from many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My only complaint was a bit of confusion with the vallet service, especially when arriving. The vallet manager told me to park behind a car that was backing out and complained when I moved my car out of their way. The process for leaving a car was a bit unorganized.

Location was favorable to my stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent and I love the artwork throughout the hotel. Room 504: lock safe did not work, clock was not set and I was unable to get it to work, black out drapery did not close 100% to keep out morning light, hard surface floors were NOT clean.

I reported all this upon checking out in hopes that I might be given free parking or SOMETHING but front desk worked did not seem at all sympathetic.
I was also not made aware that I could have requested my car be parked in the upper courtyard.

It was magical.

It was STUNNING and SO clean!!!! The staff were amazing. They upgraded our room for our honeymoon!!! It was perfect.
