Pros:

Very clean. Excellent location, walking distance from many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My only complaint was a bit of confusion with the vallet service, especially when arriving. The vallet manager told me to park behind a car that was backing out and complained when I moved my car out of their way. The process for leaving a car was a bit unorganized.

Location was favorable to my stay.
Pros:

Location is excellent and I love the artwork throughout the hotel. Room 504: lock safe did not work, clock was not set and I was unable to get it to work, black out drapery did not close 100% to keep out morning light, hard surface floors were NOT clean.

I reported all this upon checking out in hopes that I might be given free parking or SOMETHING but front desk worked did not seem at all sympathetic.
I was also not made aware that I could have requested my car be parked in the upper courtyard.

It was magical.

From the moment I first reached out via email with questions before our visit, the staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. When I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, they took note and surprised us with a thoughtful gift in our room upon arrival—such a lovely and personal touch that made our stay feel truly special.

The location was absolutely perfect, with many sites and stores within easy walking distance. This made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable, allowing us to make the most of our anniversary getaway.

Throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The valet service was impressively fast and efficient, making arrivals and departures effortless. Both on-site restaurants served delicious food with attentive service, and we especially appreciated the daily dining coupons provided for these restaurants—a generous perk that enhanced our experience.

Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The thoughtful amenities stood out, particularly the reverse osmosis water and sealed bags of ice available on each floor—small details that made a big difference in convenience and comfort. The express elevators were another standout feature, making navigation through the hotel quick and easy.

Nice, clean and comfort
Pros:

The hotel staff are all helpful, the hotel location is perfect for walking to restaurants and interesting shops. It’s clean! The street noise can be heard even 9 floors up but hotel noise it self is minimal. No coffee in the room but great coffee in the lobby. We enjoy our stay here and look forward to future visits. Thank you to all the staff.
