Good value for money, just don't send packages
Pros:

The location was great; one of the ladies at the reception and the gentleman at the door were very friendly. There's a café conveniently located on the ground floor.

Cons:

I asked whether they stored packages for coming guests and they said yes, so my husband bought a motorcycle jacket on Amazon and we sent it to the hotel a few days ahead of my arrival. The item appears as delivered on Amazon, but it wasn't at the hotel and they say they never received it. This was a huge damper.

The bathroom was nice

Cons:

The room was tiny. Very austere. Kinda dusty. Cable did not work. They had to send a tech to fix it. It worked until you turned off the TV.

It's Ok, Good Location
Pros:

I like the location in Center City and love Condesa. I like how secure the lobby doors are late at night.

Cons:

The room was small and the floors weren't clean. I thought the room would have a warm vibe like the lobby area.

Great staff and location
Pros:

Staff was excellent and super helpful. Having coffee in the the lobby was super convenient and it was good coffee. Roof top bar was excellent as well, staff were very friendly and i feel went above and beyond.

The room was tiny for what we paid.

It was clean, good location

Cons:

The power went out. I spoke with an employee and apparently it happens all of the time because of Target across the street. There was no communication with the guests, no apology, no indication on how long it normally lasts. This was not a good experience. The pictures advertised a public space on the top level of the hotel. This is why I chose the motel. Apparently it was a restaurant that was never open. There was no public space to be able to sit outside of a very small room.
