The safety and comfort. It was near the train station and in a very active area but the hotel was quiet.
Nothing that I didn't like. Was pleased with my experience.
They give you water. Room is extremely clean. Bed is so comfortable. Gym is sufficient. Blackouts are on top. I’d definitely stay here again.
Localização é muito boa, com quartos excelentes.
Não inclui café da manhã, não tem convênio com estacionamento.
I cannot recommend this hotel. I was in town for business, and arrive to check in at 2:50pm. I was informed that they had overbooked and only had the option of a small room with bunk beds. I was not offered any other. House such as being transferred to another hotel - just an apology and a voucher for the bar. I was exhausted and needed to work so the voucher was not worth much to me, which turned out to be ok since they didn’t even send it.
The bunk beds are exactly what you’d expect. Metal bunk beds. when I got to the room I had to try to do work but I had no where to sit since there was only 1 armchair that I had to rest my luggage on, and there was a bed on top of my bed so I could not “sit” on it or properly lay out to work. There was also no quiet place in the hotel for me to go to work.
The bunk bed was not secured to the wall so it made me h comfortable but I can’t say it was “unsafe”. Noisy tho.
The room is small and feels a little prison-y… which if you expect it - fine. I absolutely did not. I’m not fussy… I just needed somewhere close to work that’s clean and comfortable. Bunk beds are a lot to ask someone to tolerate.
The washroom was not clean, and the room was located right beside the eve atop which I heard the ding of all night. I got no sleep.
When I checked in ant 2:50pm, I asked them to please let me know if there was a cancellation so I could move. My employee checked in around 6pm and had a queen. And I mentioned the bunk beds the next day, he mentioned that he overheard the person ahead at checking say they accidentally booked 2 rooms and to cancel 1, so he was surprised they didn’t contact me.
Furthermore, I submitted feedback and a survey (that they email me multiple times to ask to complete) response asking for a call back. No one contacted me. I wrote in and they said someone tried to it the could not provide a date, email, phone number or proof. They told me I would have to call. I asked for an email and they finally provided an email. But it was a month of me actively chasing to get a passive inadequate response.
I’m not saying Hilton is bad, or even this hotel. I’m sure if you’re there with friends and know what you’re paying for it’s fine (still should’ve clean, quiet, and secure the bed)/ but my experience and the way they handled it was unacceptable.
Localização
Noisy from adjoining rooms especially from the chain on the window shade reservation said queen size room but the bed was a full size actually the room was very small for the price. And power going out was a first for me at a hotel.
The location was great. The shower was terrific. The gym and the restaurant looked good, even though we didn't use them. Lots of stuff is going on for guests, like happy hour and the morning cafe
It's a Basic hotel room---block, no real place to sit down other than the bed. Flimsy bathroom door. We could sometimes hear the other guests through the walls. Found 2 hairs in the shower. When they cleaned the room, they forgot to leave us bath towels. Called down to the front desk, and they quickly sent some up. The hallways could use a vacuum job, and they should provide better pillows.
