Je me réjouis d'avance de retourner dans cet hôtel avec un personnel fort agréable et sympathique.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très copieux, des produits frais du matin, que du bonheur !
Il y avait autant de produits salés que sucrés.
Un pain croustillant tout frais.
Des oeufs selon les envies.
Des confitures délicieuses.
J'ai beaucoup aimé la chambre côté montagne, avec une petite terrasse et sa vue à couper le souffle !

Cons:

Mon lit était quelque peu bruyant à chaque fois que je me tournais..........
Probablement le cadre du lit mal fixé ou alors un matelas trop grand qui poussait sur le cadre lui-même.

wonderful spotless hotel in a great location with friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help
Pros:

We were blown away by this hotel. The communication and information before we arrived was prompt and friendly. The staff were wonderful - really welcoming, friendly and full of good advice. On request they booked restaurants for us and advised of discounts and they even arranged a taxi pick up when we got stuck in Chatel in bad weather. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely designed and spotlessly clean. The rooms were a good size with lovely views and the shower and bathroom were excellent. The sauna, hammam and hot tub were a nice touch.
We were skiing so the location was great with a quick walk to the lift and if you timed it right you could get a free bus back to the door. I have a feeling we will be back

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location for easy access to ski lift and restaurants. Very warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Complimentary afternoon tea and cake a nice surprise.

L’emplacement, un personnel très à l’écoute , la propreté, le petit déjeuner, le spa.

Pros:

Super hôtel, bien placé et le personnel est adorable.
Le service spa est décidément un plus.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de restaurant ni de bar, pour un si bel endroit c’est dommage.
La vue du jacuzzi de et depuis l’entrée et au pieds des escaliers par la grande baie vitrée. Ça mériterais une vitre plus fumée pour préserver l’intimité du lieu.

There isn't a restaurant on site for evening meal but the staff will guide you to restaurants near by!
