Great staff, cool place, rooms were compact but comfortable.
Cons:

No desk in my room for work.
The coffee machine was in a wardrobe that wasn’t lit, so difficult to operate.

A stylish and comfortable stay in a great location, with very helpful staff.
Pros:

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall design of the hotel, which felt stylish and comfortable. The location in San Francisco was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Cons:

The room felt a bit cold at times, but when I asked for an extra blanket, the staff was very helpful and quickly provided one, which made the stay much more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great and met my expectations.

Felt like 5 star stay!
Pros:

Great location! Lovely check in experience, Lovely accommodating staff. Fun amenities and really nice having a Bluestone in the lobby! Room was lovely - all the way around. Would def stay here again!

Great stay at Hotel Emblem. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Lourdes at the bar who made the experience even better. Would definitely come back.
