Orlando was amazing! All the staff were professional and hospitable. Going the extra mile seemed to be the theme at the Phoenix.
It was all good
I love the vibe!
Nothing to complain about if you know what the tenderloin is like.
The location was great. Parking was so easy and very affordable.
The room was a little stuffy. We had to open all the windows for an hour to air out the room.
Palette Phoenix Hotel had a journal where couples shared romantic date ideas. Reading others' experiences helped us plan perfect outings during our visit.
The front porch at Palette Phoenix Hotel had a swing for two. We spent evenings there with drinks, talking and watching the sunset peacefully together.
Found a beautiful photo book at Palette Phoenix Hotel showcasing local scenic spots. Helped us plan romantic outings and appreciate the region's beauty together.
There’s no hotel on San Francisco like this one! Truly has the relaxed vibes of the kind of place a rockstar would stay while on tour. The pool is warm and the staff are friendly. Brenda’s restaurant is on the block, a San Francisco classic! Their parking lot is key.
This is my favorite hotel when I come to the city. It has a lot of character and history, which is fun. My many experiences have always been very good. It's like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Beds are comfortable. It's located near most of the concert venues I go to. Free parking is a big deal and I've never had a problem with my car there. It checks all the boxes for me!
Best hotel, hands-down for out-of-towners to go see shows in San Francisco so many memories so many stays so sad to see it go. Pride will not be the same without it.
through a party in October in the chambers we had a great time. stayed the whole weekend was treated like rockstars. loved it. sad they're closing
Sam! Thank you!
We like taking our dog for a walk but the area outside the hotel isn’t clean. The homelessness situation is concerning.
