Despite decline in experience, it's still a great SF option.
Pros:

It's a unique offering in SF. Special pool!

Cons:

The rockstar treatment is over. Lots fewer perks. There was a low-functioning portable AC in the room; I had to explain to them that the filters need regular cleaning.

El aspecto de motel en medio de la ciudad. Proceso de check-in correcto. Parking en el propio hotel a precio razonable para ser San Francisco.

Cons:

El hotel necesita un repaso general, tanto de mantenimiento como de limpieza.
La ubicacion (Tenderloin), sin parecer tan peligrosa como indican en las guías, sí que muestra un aspecto especialmente decadente, mucho mñas que otras zonas más turísticas.

Best place in SFO with parking
Pros:

The staff was really accommodating and very informative. They were very helpful. What i like most was the parking considering the cost of parking in SFO. This is really a stand-out. Facility is clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and it is indeed a great value for money. Highly recommended for a family travelling with kids.
