Pros:

Staff were helpful. At least no roaches. Location near university belt doesn't have many choices

Cons:

Do not stay here! Not up to international standards.Old, worn out rooms, no toilet seat in first 2 rooms they showed me, no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or water. Biggest problem is incessant honking and jeepney roars from Espana Blvd. Do not believe the positive reviews.

Pros:

Considering na it is within Sampaloc Manila, we were glad to discover that rates were affordable and we loved how accommodating everybody was.

Near to many restaurants

Cons:

i booked family room for 6 persons but when we got there, family room can only occupy 4 persons. And they did not even contact us. The staff said it was booking.coms fault.

No internet, no hot water for shower! You can't even make a coffee according to there offer in website! Not even clean! Poor service!! Too dusty!! Ambiance is not good.
